The radiator was not hot enough to warm up the room

Host allowed us to leave luggage in the hotel. The hotel was close to the train station and a local grocery store. Cheapest accommodation I can find in Interlaken that is easily accessible.

Cleanliness can be improved. The room was not well lit (one of the bed side lights were not functioning). Water heating in the public toilet was not hot enough

Location is nearby train and bus station. All facility are ready for cooking. Big room with big TV and Netflix.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The Host was nowhere to be found the whole 3 nights that we stayed. There were no towels and no one to get towels from, luckily we found one of the cleaning ladies on the second day and she helped us. I dont know how the other rooms are but the Apartment Eiger was TERRIBLE. Bed bugs, mouldy bathroom and room. No TV Remote and walls are paper thin. Hopefully this reaches the other travelers as well. Don't be fooled by the pretty frontal looks of the place. So poorly run. Save yourself from this place.

Management was never present, there was a couple who lost their key card and the manager was not even on the premises, again the cleaning ladies were managing the property for this guy. Very uncleanly and grimy.

very good location. And it has parking. But I can’t say anything else positive about the property.

This place feels unsafe and it is really worn out. We chose this hotel because we weren’t planning on spending much time there. However, when we first walked in we realized it is actually a lot worse than we thought and we didn’t even want to spend one night there. We left and found another hotel while driving around. I’m so glad we left. The front desk staff was gone when we arrived -although we went a lot later than planned because they had told us nobody would be there earlier, and they knew we were coming around the time we came- So they put my key in the apartment door and left a note in the front desk telling me about it!!?? I was terrified when I saw the key in the actual door and had to walk inside the room, anyone could be there hiding or who knows what. The place was old and ugly, the pictures make it a look better. The icing on the cake was a huge spider in the ceiling above one of the beds. Then I saw more spiderwebs in the same room. Gross. I’m glad we were able to find a different stay and left before we even put our bags on the ground.
