Sehr hell und freundlich, sauber, grosszügig und gemütlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Halkenbad und die Sauna im Keller sind super! Kinderfreundlich… Gute Lage nahe an der Postautohaltestelle, mit der Göstekarte kann man alle Busse zwischen Falera und Flins gratis benutzen!

Everything! Such a great value. Spacious, clean, conveniently located. Host was very communicative and friendly. Was only 10 min walk to Laax to ski. Will make this my go to place now when I visit Laax.

It is a great apartment, full equiped and it is very good located. The building instalations are great, beautiful swimming pool, play room, etc

The only problem was that we have few towels and short instructions. We were only 3 days and we realized some things the last one.

Location, pools, lake, quietness, kitchen setup

No toaster, no initial garbage bag in bin..

Good sized kitchen and dining area..comfortable beds..quite building, good TV..big fridge..

Not enough garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper..towels were kind of musty, not so fresh..apt was somewhat dusty..ie: furniture, floors behind sofa's etc. etc...pillows far too soft for my liking..

We stayed 3 nights. The place was super clean, well equipped, decorated with taste and love - we felt like a home right away and wish to stay longer. Coop Pronto is on walking distance. Amazing pools were great surprise. Location is great - walking distance to Laax lake, great gateway for trips by car, cableway and the brand new longest treetop track just minutes walk. Parking place was a bit challenging for a big car .... and me, my husband did very well. Definitely like to comeback one day.

Well equipped, many kitchen utensils including raclette and fondue sets, nespresso coffee machine, among other goodies. The apartment is nicely decorated and in very convenient location. Shuttle bus to ski slopes just 2 min away. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are good and is working well with pre-booked timeslots in Covid times. Flexible check-out was also a good touch

Is important to note that the German description of the apartment is correct (2.5 Zimmer) but for English speakers this is not two bedrooms - which was not clear. One of the double beds is in the living room (is an actual bed, not a sofa which is nice and there is a cortine for privacy).
