We stay at the Houston when we visit our daughter who is studying in Wagga. We love the comfort, convenience and proximity to nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartments are well designed with a sitting area, kitchenette and access to a shaded courtyard with seats. The building and apartments are stylishly decorated and retain the historic character of the building.
The apartments facing the carpark need a semi transparent blind to let light in but retain privacy. Also some cupboard space in the bathroom would help. We have stayed in a few other apartments at the Houston and can’t fault them.

Spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished room in a lovely historic building in the heart of Wagga. The king size bed was extremely comfy. And the light breakfast in the fridge was a delicious touch.

The welcome text gave us all the information we needed. Custom code on the door was a nice touch. Bed was superb. My far the most comfortable of out whole trip. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The provided muesli yoghurt and apples were delicious and servings were generous. The Nespresso had a frother to enhance our breakfast coffee.
Exiting the parking is a tight fit for a larger car.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good. Housekeeping was lacking but was rectified.
Absolutely no seating in the room despite providing a light breakfast. Only one bedside table. Compact. Yes. Could be better.

the room was too small with nowhere to sit or surfaces to put anything. In winter (too cold to sit outside) we had to sit on the bed for dinner and breakfast.

Comfortable with a great bed
Did not get text, so I had no idea what to do, and there was no reception. Also, breakfast was just a jar of muesli and yoghurt, no cereal, toast, or juice

Beautiful room with old world charm. Quiet and self check in was amazing as I didn't need to park and go through reception process before getting settled in. Everything was smooth and the one time I did need reception, she was very helpful and friendly.
The parking is very limited on site but this is not necessarily a down side as it helped keep the quiet peaceful atmosphere of the premises

Clean, wonderful furnishings, great location & value for money.
I suggest describing the breakfast as a light breakfast. I personally wasn’t a fan of the oats and yogurt option. but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

Lovely compact room, with huge comfy bed and great lighting. Very nice ensuite, lovely light breakfast provided, quality teas too. Easy check in, the key was in the door ready for me! Close to where my appointment was, and lovely cafe just at the end of the block.

Luxurious room. Very comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Door to lobby as well as separate entrance to the room from front garden. Parking onsite. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Great value.
