Las vistas desde el apartamento hacia el mar, prácticamente duermes escuchando el sonido de las olas. Tranquilidad absoluta, zona muy tranquila y si tienes coche se puede aparcar prácticamente al lado de la entrada. La anfitriona vive justo en la casa de al lado por si tienes cualquier problema. Limpieza correcta.

La anfitriona fue correcta con nosotros pero sin más, quizás debería mostrar algo más de interés. Habitación algo pequeña, aunque dispone de un gran armario con muchas baldas para colocar la ropa o las maletas incluso. Las camas y almohadas bastante incómodas, sobre todo las almohadas a las que les falta relleno. El sofá es también bastante incómodo. En general el apartamento es muy básico, la cocina no la usamos pero no la vi muy preparada para alguien que vaya y quiera usarla con frecuencia. Los muebles en general necesitan una reforma, solo está reformado el baño de todo el apartamento, aunque es cierto que al final todo es acorde a lo que pagas. No estaría mal dejar una pastilla de jabón para el lavabo del baño.

Die Lage sticht heraus, direkt am Meer, die Nähe zum Meeresschwimmbecken bei Flut, so dass wir gar nicht zum Strand La Garita gewesen sind. Alles war tiptop sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Entdeckungen im Norden der Insel. Wenige Meter entfernt eine Pastelleria, mehrere Restaurants und etwa 500 Meter weiter ein Einkaufsladen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Betten sind für Menschen, die mit dem Rücken ein wenig Probleme haben, nicht gut geeignet. Wenn man die Matratze auf den Boden legt geht es.

Falta mucho menaje de cocina, que además encontramos sucio. Mala olor en los armarios de cocina, por mantenerse sucosos y cerrados.

The location is why you select this property ,as you can hear the sea all day long. Dinner every night beside the sea and the only thing to worry about is, what time is the next high tide,not to miss a swim in the sea lagoon right beside you. Lovely restaurants close by and beautiful beach walls and trails right on your door step. If you like watching the sunrise and early nights this is the place to be. Cant wait to go back to this Happy Place.

As there is no washing machine we were only supplied with two changes of bed linen for our three week stay. However maybe if I had asked this may have been sorted out. Also when there were guests next door the internet connection was not so good. However when you experience the location it all seems not to really matter, as I will definitely be back regardless.

Lovely and clean apartment. Quiet area except for the sea! Fab bathroom with walk in shower. Great views. Close to the town and its restaurants. And a short walk to a great beach for swimming and snorkelling. Easy parking very close to apartment. Good supermarket 10 mins walk away.

Private beach too rocky for swimming. Small outside area shared with next door apartment. Most restaurants offered mainly fish. None of this spoils the holiday and great location though.

- the host was really nice and even she didnt speak fluently english we could communicate everything what was needed - falling asleep and waking up hearing the ocean waves was really really beautiful - you can close door and window in the bedroom to TOTAL DARK, which was amazing for sleeping. We had amazing sleep in this accomodation - kitchen was more than fully equiped - the area is quiet and there are only 2 restaurants near by BUT it is not disadvantage at all. Having rented car you can go anywhere on Lanzarote. - also accomodation was very clean, there were plenty of towels, bed sheets were smelling really nice also! - and the view on the terrace - beaufiful all day :)

- the accomodation has a little old furnishing. But we didnt mind :) Just saying for sensitive travellers

If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is the perfect location. Arrieta is a lovely sleepy village. The rooms themselves felt very homey and clean. It is obvious that the owner takes very good care of the property. The accommodation was basic, but everything was clean and washed when we arrived. WiFi was OK. Parking on the street (as all around Lanzarote, I think) is free. The kitchen has a simple electric cooker and normal sized fridge, and it's nice to have the option to cook. When it comes to check-in, the property owner was waiting for us at the time we indicated during the booking and handed the keys to us in person. (THE CHECKOUT IS AT 12 PM SHARP)

Since there is no desk, you have to arrive during the indicated time. If you plan to arrive at a different time, I suppose you need to inform the owner, who unfortunately does not speak English. The window from the bedroom is facing the street where garbage collectors come every night. On the other side, bedrooms in the other apartments didn't have windows in the bedrooms at all. In general, there is no AC on Lanzarote, which is generally OK. Anyway, during hot days some simple fens would be nice to have. In terms of the property itself, beware that apartments in the basement do not have private terase to people from neighbouring properties could and would wander around you. Also, beware of insects! There is plenty despite the winds on Lanzarote. The net in the window didn't fit, so we ended up bitten by mosquitoes.

The sea view is fantastic,very relaxing place.

The view from the balcony was amazing. You can lay there and listen to the sea which is almost directly below you. Close to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. Easy parking, and easy to get to most of yhe attractions that are in the North . Teresa was quick to respond to any enquiries and even had umbrellas and boogie boards that you could take to the beach. We loved the place

I loved the location especially the view! We could watch the Atlantic, and sometimes sea surfers, from our balcony. Very close to the small quiet, friendly town of Arieta for restaurants and shops, and well-placed for getting to the attractions of the North of Lanzarote. I could walk to different places for sea swimming (protected "natural swimming pools" in Mujeres and the beach in Arieta). The perfect place to unwind.

It would be good to have a double bed, and a hairdryer provided.

The apartment had everything you need and it was literally on the waters edge. There were sun loungers and surf boards available. A little private sandy beach within 2 mins walk, with a protected sea water enclosed swimming pool. There were 6 restaurants in the village only 5 minutes walk. 3 close at 5pm and 3 stay open until 9pm. A supermarket and some small boutique shops. Theresa is so helpful and is on 24hr call if you need her.

The kettle which doesn't turn itself off and gets extremely hot to touch. Such a small water tank for hot showers. But once we realised we staggered our showers. The fact that none of the restaurants stay open for a late drink and there is no bar in the village at all.

Returned after 6 years because of the incredible location. Delighted to see that the apartments have been very well maintained and indeed upgraded with some nice touches like rain showers.

The beds were fine but the only thing that wasn’t excellent. Option of double would be nice
