everything from the fact i was put in a room with no hot water for one month and when i complained I got put in another room which smelled like there was a dead rat in it and when I told them they said I owe 4000 baht for one month electricity in a room where I didn’t use the air conditioning I cannot because of my asthma then they did not give me my deposit back either the second room was the worst experience of my life I strongly recommend staying away from these lying thieves

Very nice clean rooms and pool was open, nice view from the roof over the ocean.

Stayed 5 nights. Apt is much smaller than pictured = false advertising No help at property. Went 3 days before we got hot water. During day, nearby construction is very loud. At night, the air con unit is very loud. Flat pillows, old towels, not enough paper or trash bags offered. No housekeeping offered. Property does NOT include room safe, gym, hot tub, mosquito net, as listed on booking.com. 1 mile walk to public beach access No near-by markets Bad location. Overpriced for what I eventually got.

My experience at this listing was beyond expectation. The villa was exceptional and exactly as in the photos. I would definitely come back again and I recommend it,

Facilities were good like kitchen and pool .

The furniture was all broken .....we could not use sofa bed as it was broken , The toilet handle was broken ....All cupboard doors were broken Wifi was not working . They replied for wifi on last day and it was also can be used by single person .
