The shuttle service was very helpful! The location so great but the local taxis can get lost trying to find it so having the hotel shuttle helped a lot! The staff were super responsive via WhatsApp and in person! 10/10 for customer service
The room service menu needs more options, we had the duck and it wasn’t good and therefore didn’t eat at the hotel for the rest of our stay. The roads leading to the hotel are very chaotic so many a little bit more signs or light.

very clean, contemporary setting
Built on a slope, the daily walk to the reception/restaurant was difficult for wife with asthma. This was not mentioned in the brochure.

the staff, and the Villah
kitchen staff not maintaining covering their hair while cooking which I saw many time hair on my food, I recommend to them to wear something to cover their hair, they did it one day then went back to same habit.. that’s the only problem I had but everything else is good.

dirty toilet as if for weeks not really cleaned up, smelly
breakfast: cheese and ham looked as if they have not seen the fridge for days, no good selection, fruit juice was watery
first day evening: cockroach and big lizard beside our bed
next day really big frog in our bathroom
free taxi service was announced on website, but for both days taxi was first not available even announced 2 hours before reservation, finally we booked a taxi by ourselves
location is very isolated only to reach over very very bad roads
hotel is much too expensive, even cheaper we would not come again
here in Bali are many other wonderful and great location, which we enjoyed so much

The rooms and facilities were good
we realised 2 days in that the staff had been giving us tap water but made to look like fresh water. we only noticed when one was delivered and it had flies and bugs and smelt really bad even when we popped off the top of the bottle. unfortunately it gave me bali belly and I had to spend $500 on nurses to come in the middle of the night to give medication and fluids. when we showed the staff at the front desk the bottle with the flies in and said it had made me unwell he laughed which was quite inappropriate considering I had been bed ridden for our whole 3 day stay.

Great property with lovely grounds, nice individual pools and good food. loved being away from the hustle a bustle of Bali and the staff were all really lovely.
the location is a bit far away from anything, they do offer a free 5km shuttle but it only runs till 6pm. if you’re keen on a motorbike it’s fine, if not just use the apps to get rides.

The friendliness and forthcomming of the staff was exceptional. The villas with their carefully cared gardenings let us thrive to total relaxation.

The property itself was, Obviously in recovery, the Staff were lovely and tried hard .
The property is located in the middle of nowhere, although they have a Shuttle, the staff could not understand enough English to be able to explain where you want to go, not only that it was simple instructions or requests that we are not understood enough In order to be organised, or carried out.

The villas are really nice and the food was great. The staff were very helpful.
If you want a stay where you just chill out at the pool all day, it's perfect. However the location is not very good, it's quite far from most things.

The villas were incredible - all the design, level of privacy, space, comfort was at excellent level; those room are really something else. We were very happy with the breakfast as well - it was delicious and the quantity was also more then enough. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and the overall atmosphere was beautiful. All of the above boosted our relax and made us super comfortable and rested. We could also rely on drivers to pick us up from wherever we wined up at and it was super fast and comfortable.
The location is definitely a downside. More over, the fees for a driver and meals at the restaurant are in our opinion way too high - considering the price of stay, it should be reduced significantly. Especially when it comes to drivers - the location is so secluded you need to rely on the transport around. Rides are free for up to 5 km and that is very limited as there is not much around within 5 km. I would suggest to spread it up to 15 km which will be extremely optimal.
