Great resort with good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room is large and comfortable but could be a bit more luxurious for the price ( no electric bidet on toilet in rooms?and unstable hot water).
Food was great although the prices were too high. (Singapore/Maldives prices )
Could be a bit more child friendly. The playground is more a parcour obstacle course and lacks simple things like a slide.
Restaurant baby chairs have no restraining belts which is a bit unsafe.

Tranquility and location are perfect. close to the mountains. Restaurants and cafe on the ground are beautifully set up.

The atmosphere of resort was quiet and peaceful as expected. It was a surprise to discover the secret bar and we enjoy the time there!
The front desk staff are not so friendly as other staffs like bell boy...

The very poor english of the staff (why don't they learn this during the winter when it's less busy?), the windows of the rooms are quite dark because they use a mirrorfoil, the shower takes 5 minutes to have warm water.
