The place was situated in the middle of Pattaya Walking Street, and we could easily go down both ways along the coast to reach the malls and other small eateries/shops by walking. We also took short walks along the smaller alleyways away from the walking street. Having the 7-11 just opposite was great! The room was suitable for 2 people, with space to place our belongings.

The page indicated availability of washing machine (which we thought were free to use), upon enquiry, we had to pay 20 baht for each piece of laundry. Went to search for nearby self-service laundromats which were much cheaper - one in the next street and another just down the street. The room was just outside the lift and we could hear people going up and down early in the morning - not a big thing for us.

Location is good and nearby beach and walking street

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. The staff was unhelpful and displayed arrogance, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was a nightmare, as I had to wait for 40 minutes before finally getting my room. To add to the frustration, there were no toiletries provided, and the quality of the bed linen was poor. The towels were disappointingly small and far from adequate. The air conditioning took a whole hour to cool the room, which was incredibly inconvenient. Adding to the discomfort, there were no hangers to dry clothes or towels, and the lack of ventilation made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel until they address these serious issues.

there are sooooooo many bugs that came in when i showered at night, filled up the bathroom. they follow the light and so they came into the cracks of the bathroom window. the night receptionist is completely useless

Only had the breakfast on e not really to my liking However the coffee was excellent and the cafe was very clean. Staff were very nice and the laundry service fine.

A veranda would have been nice and a fridge I didn't have to get down on my knees for access.

Close to beach

Room small. Door would allow light into room at night a bit noisy late at night. Reception not over friendly. Kept be asking by maids what tip I would leave them. I don't think they should ask. The room very small and I believe a upgraded room. I hate to think what the room below was in size.
