Location was great, property hosts also great., facilities at the resort were good,

The apartment was very tired, dining furniture and lounge couch were well beyond their use by dates, couch cushions were filthy needed washing or replacing. Basics, like salt and pepper shakers, bottle opener were missing.HAVING TO TRAVEL 4 OR 5 km to pick up and return the keys was very inconvenient, if we didn’t have a car it would have been very difficult, didn’t find out we’re to pick up the keys 2 days before leaving NZ.

Not enough toiletries. We got one set for 3 guests. No face washers, no salt and pepper, the dishwasher was hard to get into, no dryer but we also had no idea there was a drying line in the main bedroom cupboard because we did not need for it until i opened the door on the last day to check for belongings. Top of microwave was filthy as were the bedroom windows. The dining room chairs felt and looked like they were going to break, lounge was peeling and the cushions on the lounge were pancake flat. The air con filter was acceptable however the rest of the air con was filthy which you could see when you turned it on. Air con was also leaking really badly out onto the stairwell. average stay.

great location

I will not book this unit again because I booked through booking.com but it was actually booked via a third party. I had to travel out of my way to collect keys and return. not happy! no drier and only 1 mirror for 3 women is not enough. the dinning room chairs all need tightening. we couldn’t use because we thought they were going to break.

Nothing. Everything broken. Dirty is a understatement. Left early covered in dust mite bites. My sons stayed but also left a day early. Owners of unit 19 need to refund my Monday ASAP

Everything, sliding door wouldn’t open, dirty, lights not working, stained rug, broken and filthy remotes , air con foul smelling, tables wobbly , lounge broken on one side, indoor washing line rusted and broken, stained bedding with hair all over it, broken bed slates, disgusting filthy windows & tracks, misleading view of the ocean, have to wear keys round ya neck as no pin access/remote to get in so god forbid the door shuts behind ya your then locked out. Have to pick up Keys from another area at Mooloolaba? Needed steroid cream after staying there . This will be reported to health & safety commission and the ombudsman if I do not receive a FULL REFUND of over $1,200!.

Lots of broken items. Door wouldn’t close. Very dusty and windows not cleaned. Air conditioning stunk. Disappointed for the money we paid
