Unit was exactly the way it was shown in the picture and location of the unit was awesome , few hundreds of meters from the beach spot. The owner was very helpful in every aspect

The only thing that i did not like that the aircon was not working which was a touch disappointing. However the weather was nice so was ok anyway

Paula and Roland were very friendly and attentive hosts. Accommodation was clean, comfortable just what we needed.

The location was excellent, I can say for us central because we did not travel far the people were friendly and everyone was eager to assist and give advice on excursions.

The room was exceptional the only thing that I would like to have there is a quiet corner in front of the room where I can lid a small fire to braai a few pieces of meat sit there and enjoy the nice and peaceful evening with my partner.

the stay was great , the rooms were great , had great WiFi , Netflix’s and coffee machine . and on leasure isle .

Paula was very helpful & the room is very comfortable & as the photos show. It is a fantastic location & very central to the Leisure Isle, which we enjoyed walking around this morning & had delicious supper at Nonna's, 5 min walk up the road.

This place is a must visit if you are in Knysna. It is really home away from home. The peace and tranquility are impeccable and if you need a quiet time 12onParkesLane is your place. To the host Roland such a cool and relaxed person friendly and attentive.

The Nespresso coffee machine was a luxury I didn’t expect - plus a variety of coffee capsules. The room was beautiful, And comfortable. Very quiet restful setting near the lakes. Easy access to city centre. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thanks to the hosts.

The facilities we both found to be clean, quiet and definitely peaceful, loved the walks around the area. The greenery around the suburb was amazing. People were very polite and friendly. The two itself was lovely and clean, no taxi hooting which was a great bonus coming from a town that all you hear all day is hooting and no respect. Take my hat off to way the city of Knysna is being run, it is definitely and eye opener for us coming from East London, here is hoping that one day our once beautiful city can become like Knysna. Thank you very much.
