Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a great location. Rooms was very spacious.

Some noise from the street in middle of night made it difficult to get to sleep.

Staff were very helpful and professional. Location of hotel is excellent in city centre. Room in hotel was comfortable, very clean, tea/coffee/hot chocolate facilities provided as well as a bottle of water each and some biscuits. Towels provided, hairdryer and shower gel/hand soap. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend as brilliant location to enjoy a night out. Considering location we didn’t hear any noise in the room and had a great nights sleep. Was handy to have the restaurant attached so even easier to get good food and drink at very reasonable prices.

Unfortunately the lift was out of order, which couldn’t be helped and we were informed about this beforehand. We had the option to change or cancel the booking without any extra charges. We decided to go ahead regardless and didn’t really make too much difference to our stay , we just got a few extra steps in lol

Ascenseur en panne, heureusement nous étions au 2ème étage. Meubles vieillots. Vue sur la cage d’escaliers de l’immeuble d’en face allumée toute la nuit, heureusement qu’il y a des rideaux.

Central location. Easy access. You can have your meals there including breakfast. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect. Convenient for the station and utilita stadium. Warm and friendly reception, clean and tidy room. They advised before arriving that the lift was out of order, but being on the 2nd floor, that wasn't an issue.

The room was a little warm on arrival but soon rectified that by turning the heating down and pulling back the double glazed window.

事前に連絡があったものの、エレベーターが故障。1日目は5階だったので荷物を持って上がらなければいけなかった。またWi-Fiが良くなく結果2日目部屋を変えてもらってそれは解消した。

Booked double room was given queen sized smaller Bed, Bed matress uncomfortable needs replacing, non-feather pillow was hard a rock (being vegetarian I didn't want to sleep on the feather one but had forgotten to tell them.....forgot they had feather bedding!), bedside lamp had faulty wiring and would go on and off like a disco light. Lift was out of action again much like last visit a couple of years ago

Getting over a foot injury and room was on the 3rd floor but lift out of order for the duration of our stay.

The life was broken so we used stairs that’s the only thing I don’t like.

As a disabled guest it was a nice touch to have meals delivered to our room from the wetherspoons restaurant attached. The room was lovely and cosy and with it being in a busy location you didn't hear what was going on outside. Staff were friendly and informative.

Staff came and helped me when I was stuck in the bath (due to health issues - not the bath), and offered me disabled facilities at no extra charge. The food was excellent, and staff went above and beyond to help me in all ways. The hotel was central to town, and perfect for transport links. I could top up with as much coffee from the bar as I wanted, or make it in my room. The room was key card secure, with flat screen TV, hairdryer, ironing facilities, linen, and bedding. Towles were refreshed and the room cleaned daily - if required. My room was easily accessible by lift. The room was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. Despite the one drawback, I would not hesitate to stay again.

Deliveries of barrels meant that I was disturbed in the early morning, but (in fairness) I had chosen not to use the ear plugs offered so that I could hear my alarm. This was my choice, and the hotel did offer this offer in advance.

Noisy generator right outside the window. Too hot with only a noisy old fan to keep us cool

Posizione perfetta per dove dovevo andare. Staff super accogliente all’entrata e uscita.

Lo staff del pub è molto sgarbati, sconsigliatissimo per la colazione e per la cena, meglio andare da un altra parte.
