We loved the location, and the staff were excellent. It was great that there was a separate bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee pod machine to use.
The bed was a bit firm for our liking, but that is personal preference. Also the power went off when trying to use two of the induction hobs at once which was a little inconvenient. Very minor though and would not hesitate to stay again!

Just about everything was good [appliances, bed, cleanliness, etc], there was a little confusion upon arrival regarding entry into the building to collect the keys from reception, but it was soon sorted out. All the appliances [including hob and oven] worked well.
The host spoke good English and explained how everything worked, which is very useful when your Italian is as bad as mine!
I would recommend and stay here again
We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and the rubbish/recycling bins inside the apartment were fairly small so it is good to empty them regularly. However the large city owned bins in the street nearby required a card to allow access them. It would be good to have an access card made available to renters so that rubbish/recycling materials can be disposed of easily

Huge one bedroom apartment, not noisy at all even so close to train station, supermarket is very close. we liked to stay here, good recommendations

The rooms were lovely, comfy beds, plenty of towels, nice kitchen. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Nice and clean.
No drainage board, or spare tea towel to put washing up on.

Everything about the apartment was excellent
The only thing missing was being able to have a little heating in the evening and early morning. Not the property’s fault as it’s a government directive across Italy but we were sitting in our coats to have dinner!

Everything. A warm welcome by the host. Really helpful. A modern apartment very close to Porta nuova train station just crossing a road. Super clean. Strong wifi. Coffee machine and pods. Tv, ac, heating, comfortable beds. Lift available. Supermarkets round the corner.

The apartment was very cutely decorated. it was spacious, quiet and comfortable for our family of 3. The sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on and the room it was in had a door offering that space privacy. The bathroom was large with good shower precious and a clothes washer. The location is just a very short walk from the train station making our arrival very easy with our luggage. There is an elevator in the building so you do not need to carry bags up and down stairs. It is also very conveniently located to walk to the main sites and many restaurants.

The apartment was clean, modern and very central! The staff was super friendly and flexible. we felt very comfortable with our 3 children in the apartment and we would love to come back

- Kind and friendly hosts Romina and Irma, easy contact via Whatsapp.
- Good security as there are 4 locked doors to the apartment.
- Frequent cleaning of the apartment. It was clean.
- There are shops and restaurants nearby. There is a large supermarket near Portonueva train station.
- Apartment is large and tastefully decorated.
- Kitchen is complete and has a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and fridge.
- Good airco for the hot summers.
- Easy to reach the center of Turin by foot via Via Lagrange.
- Warm shower, new towels after cleaning and washing machine.
- Near the train station and metro station Porta Nuova (possible to visit Milan), metro to visit Lingotto.
- Price was favorable, especially for the central location.
- Bedroom was large.
- Quiet side street. No noise form cars at night.
- Wi-Fi was good
- It was possible to leave the suitcases behind after checking out.
- We would book again :)
- The door of the shower cabin did not close properly.

Excellent, clean and spacious apartment with all the necessary things. The location is excellent, the train station and local transport stations are nearby, there are several shops for getting groceries and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The best apartment accommodation we have stayed in so far. Romina gave us all the necessary information, we even got an excellent guidebook for Turin. Only praise!!!

Great airconditioning in the living and bedroom! The kitchen was lovely and well equipped, the bedroom was lovely, the shower was lovely, the building was lovely. We loved this place and will return if in Torino again.

The Host stayed in touch throughout our arrival day to ensure nothing went amiss. The location was close to the Torino Porta Nova railway station, so it's ideally situated for people travelling by rail. It is close to many attractions in the city centre,

The property was mostly quiet, well-located and well-mantained. It was every bit as charming and clean as the pictures implied. The owner and housekeeping staff were kind and serviceable.
The wifi was a bit spotty at times. When it worked it was perfect, but sometimes I had to constantly disconnect and reconnect.
