Het ontbijt was super, verzorgd en ook op een fijne plek verzorgd door de zoon die ambities heeft om een restaurant te openen, de ligging perfect bij het centrum van het stadje.

EXtremely well located. The place is simple but has everything you need, Eugenia and the rest of the team are very present and can solve anything you need, with a smile. The feeling is very friendly, the hotel is clean, breakfast is good, varied, everything is fresh and they make room for personal needs. Would definitely go back.
If you arrive by bus, take Eugenia´s offer to pick you up at the stop! otherwise you´ll need to walk a few blocks up.

Perfect location in center of very charming town, great connections (paths) to most wonderful beaches in Riviera del Conero, stunning views, convenient parking (i arrived early and left late, they let me park there the whole time), very kind owners, best breakfast, quiet facilities, very clean and cozy.

The location is excellent, in the center of the old town and with easy access to the beach with organized transportation.
The owner was always present and helpful in any possible way to make our stay easy and comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety, from a typical Italian breakfast to an American breakfast with scrambled eggs.
The room was clean and silent over the night.

The staff was simply amazing. So kind and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. They made us an amazing breakfast despite us being the only guests in the hotel that day. The hotel is very cute and comfortable. Very clean and inviting. I am so glad we stayed there for the night.
