It was clean and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped and the owner was very polite and friendly
The fact that we didn't have hot water when we arrived was really annoying as we couldn't have a shower ourselves and we couldn't bath our 9months old baby. We also didn't like the area as it wasn't very friendly looking. Rubbish everywhere and people were looking at us in a weird way. I'd never leave the apartment when it's dark

Nice appartment, super clean, comfortable and fully equipped!!
If it was closer to the center of Licata would be perfect! It's around 30 minutes walking to reach the port!!

Our main goal to visit Licata was to just overnight and go early in the morning, so the main priority was to find cheaper stay with free parking. We were very satisfied because the owner was really nice, the apartment is modern and spacious. I don't want to put it under things I don't like because I don't mind things like these but for someone who finds it important: the apartment is on the 2nd floor without a lift.
We went to the city center for a a dinner and it took us like 5 min by car, around 2,5km, but you have pleanty of small shops in short walking distance.
The neighbourhood is just ordinary, uninteresting neighbourhood but safe, and car was parked just in front of the building on the street.
