Amazing friendly staff

The hotel is close to the centre, but it is on the high hill. Be aware especially being tired after very long trip to Petra.

Ali was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is located right in the center, everything is very close. The room was quiet and calm. Ali is an amazing host!

The cleanliness, hygiene, and location are very good. Most importantly, Mr. Ali at the guest reception was very kind, humble, and helpful. The rates are also very reasonable keeping in view the location and services offered.

Bathrooms are relatively small. Like all over Jordan, breakfast had no variety. Only boiled eggs, jam, butter and cheese. :(

Location very good, excellent sunset view from roof top, lot of restaurants around and walking distance to Petra Entrance. Very cooperative staff, All basic facilities including Heating (AC), Hot water etc. Breakfast included in price.

Good location

Everything. There is a huge gap between the photos on booking and the reality. No heating and the AC didn't work for all guests! The bathroom isn't handy and the bedsheets were horrible. I asked the guy to fix things up but he didn't care at all. The soundproofing is horrible as well. You can hear everything. After this mess, we decided to book another room at another hotel. Only the location was good.

Super central and close to the visitor centre and restourant. Ali was incredibile gentle and always ready to help you and answering all your questions. Shower very warm and bed confy. Good breakfast.

The shower doesn't have a tent and the water in the sink had some problems. Old, but for the price you pay i guess you can't have too many expectation.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast as well as the dinner were perfect-tasty and we were not able to eat everything at all. The accommodation is simple but you have everything what you need. We travelled with our children (6 and 4 yrs). They got very special care:) Thanks a lot for everything! If we come again in the future, we will know, where to go...

Very friendly staff. The manager made me feel very welcome. I was up early to get to Petra before the crowd and it was a pleasant walk down the hill. The room had everything I needed. When I was leaving to go to Aqaba the manager phoned the bus driver who picked me up at the hotel.

Hotel is in great location, next to restaurants and shops. Bus station is about 5 mins away and Petra entrance about 20mins walk. Room was clean and comfortable with good AC and decent WI-FI. Ali the owner was very friendly and made tea whilst checking in.

Everything was fine. Water pressure in the bathroom was low, but that’s just being picky.

Me and my Mom were staying in My Home Petra Hotel for 2 nights in July of the year 2022. We hugely enjoyed the stay, which's biggest positive was the service and owner's helpful attitude. The rooms were equipped with all of the facilities mentioned in the offer and they were working. Breakfast was local and nice. The place was quiet, despite being full of international guests. The location, price, facilities and service makes this hotel a perfect, budget place to stay when visiting wonderful Petra. The biggest plus of the place was the service of it's owner. Due to our rental car breaking down hours away from hotel, we spent a night at Jordanian police station (don't deal with Avis!) and arrived at the hotel 8 hours late, at 6 am. The owner was waiting for us, made sure we felt welcomed, prepared breakfast and helped us park. Throughout the stay, he was contactable, kind, flexible with breakfast hours, clearly described the rules and put efforts to always ask for our feedback, making sure our stay most adapted and possibly most comfortable. At the check-out, he showed us the wonderful view over the Red Canyon from his hotel's roof. Thank you, once more! If we were meant to come to discover Petra's amazingness again, we'd surely choose My Home Petra once more.

The hotel is located relatively close to Petra, and very near the center of Wadi Musa, with restaurants nearby.

The photos on the website are not very accurate. At least the room I got was very different from the pictures and didn't meet my expectations. The manager seemed to be very kind, but in the end was trying to push me to take a taxi instead of a bus by saying there were no buses going to Aqaba. Fortunately, though, I asked other people who confirmed that there were buses and that the manager was trying to get a commission with his taxi driver friend. This was something I really disliked, as the staff is supposed to help costumers and not to fool them. Due to that, I wouldn't recommend the place.

Hotel has good Value for that price. Ali the manager of the Hotel is a very kind and friendly person. His hospitality is great and he is very helpful in all belongings. Greetings to you!

I stayed in different hotels in many countries, but I did not feel comfortable anywhere like at this hotel. You will feel like you are at home. Mr. Ali is a wonderful person and a very good friend. I definitely recommend you to make your trip better by staying at this hotel. There is very good breakfast and very fast wifi internet. The location is great. Hotel is at the center of wadi musa and 5 minutes to Petra by walk. You can watch Petra and the city from the hotel's terrace.
