Me gustó mucho el apartamento, era más grande de lo que pensaba, con las estancias bien diferenciadas. Luminosidad, bonita decoración, calefacción, confort, comodidad

Por destacar algo...al entrar olía un poco a cerrado, madera y en la cocina yo dejaría algún trapo de cocina y tijeras. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Nos gusto mucho las habitaciones y el confort de las camas.

La ubicación es muy buena para conocer Cantabria y tener todo a tiro de piedra. El apartamento es bonito y completo, tiene todo lo necesario, además de patio exterior. Tiene Cartes a un minuto en coche, Santander a 20, etc...

Lo único que podría indicar es la comodidad de la cama principal, el colchón no es cómodo y no ayuda mucho a la hora de descansar, tuve que dormir un par de noches en el colchón del salón que si es más cómodo. Espero que esto lo puedan mejorar, por lo menos en ese apartamento. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Nice and modern apartment in this restored old building. There is also an elevator. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. Thanks Luis. Riocorvo is a nice little village with a 30min drive from Santander. Parking was easy on the free parking village spots or infront of the building.

Its cosy and well equiped. And really in a perfect location The house is georgeous and the stairs might have been a game of trones shooting place.

The smell from the toilets. We took two rooms and both of them stincked like hell... We were two couples, one was alocated in a handicap Room and the toilet was set up for wheelchair, they should have advised us about that, as the shower was really unconfortable, as the water kept coming out to all over the bathtoom and had no brush or soever, we were sharing the other rooms bathroom as it was really nice.

We did not know what time we would arrive exactly as we were coming from Portugal. We were told we would be checked in at 6. We arrived at 6 and thank goodness there was another couple checking in as well. The host did not speak any English, but the couple helped us, but although we arrived first, the other couple got checked in first. The place looked tidy but was empty. We needed to pay for the 4 nights right then and there.

When we got to our apartment, the temperature was about 37 degrees Celsius due to a pellet stove that was on high. We were kind of told how to lower it. We were not expecting a pellet stove with two bags of pellets randomly stacked in the room. As soon as we walked in my husband started having asthma issues and I send an email to the host saying we might have to shorten our stay due to changed circumstances. We had a horrible night where my husband had severe asthma and wheezing and we told the person who was there in the morning that we had to leave right away due to health issues and could we get our money back for the remaining days. To make a long story short, we will not be refunded our money but are glad that we checked out as the place did not meet our expectations. Pictures showed central heating and nowhere did it say we had to feed a pellet stove.
