The place is a short walking distance of Bellagio city center and has a nice view. It was comfortable enough but not fancy. Good value and it has private parking which is a bonus in Bellagio.
The bathroom could use some help and kitchen wasn't well stocked for cooking.

Located a very short distance from town centre. Excellent view. Very secure with roller shutters on windows. Good value for money.

I'd argue you won't find a better location in Bellagio. A stone throw from the main street full of restaurants. But still quiet and private. A lovely surprise view of the mountains and lake from the bedroom window. We loved having our own entrance door and little garden area. The locals are so lovely too. The host was friendly and talked us through everything. The apartment is very typical Italian. It isn't modern but we love the authenticity. Some might not. It is however clean and spacious.
Complimentary coffee and tea would have been a bonus.
A second pillow would have been better.

The property is very well positioned, close to the pier and restaurants. Clean and comfortable, it has many home appliances that make your stay nice and comfortable. The view from the garden is also excellent!
The one thing that takes a point out off 10/10 is the bathroom. The ceiling has some mold on it and the shower doors don’t close all the way (we managed not to get all the floor wet though).

What an amazing view! Great location in centre of Bellagio. The area felt safe and the complex secure. Check in was extremely easy. The host met us at the entrance and gave us a good overview of the facilities. Bathtub was a nice treat after a few long days with lots of walking!
The apartment is located part way up a steep hill full of cobblestone stairs. Even as mid 20 year olds, we found it extremely difficult to get our suitcases up to the top. Would not recommend staying here with large luggage without a car. There was also no grocery store nearby in Bellagio which meant we did not cook in the kitchen at all. Pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable (however that could just be personal preference).

Casina is in an amazing location, right off the famous Salita Serbelloni. That being said, even being so close, it’s very peaceful and the view is gorgeous. The owners communicated well and were friendly.
The bed wasn’t the worst I’ve slept on but it could have been more comfortable. That’s just personal preference. There was a bit of mildew in the bathroom.

Location was excellent. Quiet location with great view but minutes walk to the center. Well equipped kitchen and also air conditioning.
Such a tiny thing but if there was some coffee and the likes available to save buying buying a full packet for 2 days.

The location of this place is amazing!! only 100m from the famous lane in Bellagio! if you have a car then this is place to book as the garage was so handy! the room is a good size and the aircon was excellent! (all our other places didn’t have good aircon)

The location of the property could not have been more strategic to the traditional activities in Bellaggio. Close to the ferry close to shopping close to the restaurants close to the water. So beautiful. The view from the apartment, the security system, the patients of the person who was waiting for me even though I screwed up my arrival, all of these Contributed to a wonderful time in Bellaggio.
I was there during a heat wave. The air conditioner did cool sufficiently but it had a little rattle. I was extremely grateful for the cooling though I can hardly complain.

This place is a small paradise. Every morning you wake up with a picturesque view of mountains. We had everything that we need: comfortable bed, kitchen, fridge, a bathroom and other useful stuff. We also had great neighbours - 3 cats :) The 'Casina' house is located in the central area, so you can reach all must-see places in 15-20 minutes. I will definitely come back to the Casina. I also want to thank the Casina host, who was very kind and helped us a lot with our accommodation.

Wonderful location with a great lake view from the garden! The apartment is easy to
access and communication with hosts was very easy. It was great to have a little garden to have drinks and dinner and watch the sunset. Quiet area and felt safe and secure.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable so if you are a sensitive sleeper that might be an issue. We were okay but definitely noticed that the mattress was a little hard.
It would be good if there were basics in the kitchen like olive oil, salt, pepper as that makes it easier to cook on a short stay. Both pretty minor points though

The location is perfect. It's near enough to all the restaurants and ferry port but also feels very quiet and almost secluded. The view of the lake and mountains is breathtaking.
It's such a cute apartment but it is slightly run down. I saw a few cobwebs and dust accumulating in the corners but again, it's not a deal-breaker. We were also missing some basics such as salt, pepper and oil but we didn' really require it so it wasn't much of an issue and I'm sure had we contacted the host, they would've supplied us.

Super location! Amazing view! Sun beds and small garden. Just few steps from the ferry and restaurants, coffee shops, bars.
Big apartment, large comfortable bed, heating, air conditioner, equipped kitchen. I would recommend it for couples or families with 1 child! Definitely come back in the future!

The apartment is well situated in the upper town, only a few minutes walk down to the lake (but a climb back up). Lovely view of the lake from the apartment and small garden.
The cutlery is a bit limited and some need replacing. The private parking in the garage is very expensive(€24 per day), but this is Bellagio !

The location is absolutely fabulous.. that is the real added value of this apartment. 3 min walk to the center old town, 10 min to the ferry.

Because of its great location, if you come by car then parking is a issue : It is either paid parking but I guess you have to put money regularly. Free parking are very very far... and small (they were full even in september). But the owner propose his parking box (below the apartment) for 24 euros per night. We took it because why waste being in such location with parking issue. So my recommendation would be to include the parking cost in the apartment cost because there is no other practical option if you want to enjoy your stay in this apartment

Leonardo was great host and the location is simply great. You take few steps and you are in the Bellagio city center. We have parked in the garage but only used the car once. You can reach most points of interest by the boats. You can see Villa del Balbianello in the distance from the courtyard! Our parrot also loved the apartment! :-D
Few very minor things. The kitchen sink lever was bit loose. Nothing a few turns with wrench couldn't fix! :-)

The location is Superb. The view is amazing. And that view is also from inside. Easy to walk to the ferry stop and all that Bellagio has to offer.
