We thought the staff was great. Most of them speak English as well as Spanish! The food was very good. They seem to be a very popular place for the locals to get together. We liked the facility. Swimming pool was nice. We watched the whales from the patio covered area. They are right on the beach so they had beautiful beach views.

We liked the facility except we weren't that crazy about no door on the bathroom in our room.

Majority of personnel are customer's oriented. Good internet. Nice burguers!

The acces requires more shade or shelter as it feels too exposed e.g like you are still on the road. Slow check in process. Breakfast quantity is not enough.

The dinner menu said the meal came with choice of side and salad and garlic bread, but you only get one of those. Food was good, large combo pizza excellent. About $10 per person. The nearest store/restaurant is about a 20 minute walk from the property. Very pleasant and helpful staff. We were gratefully "upgraded" to a suite (one of only 2) with French doors facing the beach, jacuzzi, fridge (no microwave) very large comfy bed, a/c excellent, on arrival. Some other rooms had a small window while others have none at all. If we were to stay again we would book the suite, or look elsewhere.

The property is located right on the beach and within walking distance to town for shopping and additional restaurant choices. Marlo and Diego the two young fellows who work the front desk/bar/restaurant were very attentive and helpful.

Unfortunately there was not much that was good. When we got into our room the first thing I noticed was there was NO window, a room I would never choose. We asked to be moved to room with a window, as the property was not to capacity. The request was granted, but when the manager/owner discovered that we had been moved he total Marlo we had to change back to the windowless room, poor Marlo having to do the dirty work for the manager/owner. We got an extra night in the room with the window, but half way through the stay we were told the room was booked and we had to get out. We were staying 6 nights and the expected guests were staying only 2 nights. We spoke to the manager/owner who didn’t really care how long we were staying, we had to move. Again the property was not to capacity. Three of the rooms at this property have NO window, so if you must stay there, make sure you have a room with a view, otherwise you will get the box. So after three nights in the room and being asked to leave, even though they weren’t sure if the other people would show up, and we tried to reason with the manager/owner he said we had to move we opted to leave the property. The vibe was not good and the manager/owner didn’t really seem to give a S...T if we were there or not. For the days we were at the hotel we never received or were asked if we wanted housekeeping in our room. The pool was very murky and clumps of hair at the bottom. When I inquired about the pool cleaning I was told it was cleaned in the morning and late at night. In three days I never saw a vacuum or a net being used to clean the pool. I suspect chemicals were being added to the water. We did not use the pool. There are no lounge chairs to sit on at the pool, nor were there hammocks. There were no lounge chairs for the beach. The upstairs deck above the pool area was left with dirty dishes and garbage after locals had been for a meal or drinks.
