It was in Vathi and close to everything
The house is very old and outdated. The bathroom smells and is full of mold. The person who checked us in saw us a multiple times in Vathi and deliberately looked away and avoided contact, in a very rude way. Not once did he say hi which we found very strange as we tried to greet him. It made us very uncomfortable. We also tried contacting the property via booking and calls while staying in Vathi no one answered ever.

No aircondition in the room where you sleep. You have to keep the door open to the livingroom/kitchen. Therefore it would not be so vonveniant if you needed the extra beds in the livingroom

Fani met us when we were lost, made us Greek meatballs and let us stay late on our departure day! A perfect hostess!
The second bed isn't super comfortable, but not a big deal.

We had a 8-days vacation in this perfectly renovated old house. The location is very good - 5 minutes walk to the port and the center of Vathi. The terrace is wonderful - a little bit illuminated at the mornings, but perfect for a dinner. Very picturesque view. Excellent wifi, may be the best so far for us in Greece. Nice and tranquil place.
-no changed towels and sheets for 8 days
-no mosquito nets at windows in the living room, only in the bedroom
-actually there is no parking. Sometimes you can find a parking place on the street,
EDIT: Thank you for your reply. This summer we were in four other places in Greece and everywhere the towels were changed regularly without need to remind, but maybe their owners just didn't know about COVID-19
