nice boutique hotel with friendly staff. Rooms look nice but bathroom could use an upgrade. Beach part itself currently not nice due to sea weed but that’s almost everywhere. Hotel tried to remove it a little bit.

Beach area is very nice, staff are all positive with tons of good intention.The staff at the restaurant need serious training and food is very average.

The room we booked was supposed to look over a “jungle”. All the jungle rooms look over the Main Street and oversee a poor old palm tree. Around 19:00 every day a big truck comes by for sewage and makes tons of noise for about 45 min. Wi-fi is unreliable. No fridge or minibar in the room to keep your water at a decent temperature… The restaurant is very average with bad service. Definitely not a 4 star. we stayed in 5 different hotels during our travel in Mexico and this is by far the worst.

The woman at the reception lied to us about the room type, even for breakfast they tried to charge us an extra fee even though we ordered breakfast, the worst service

Small and very personal , at the quiet end of town which was our preference. Initial issues promptly and satisfactorily resolved . Nice restaurant and good food

It isn’t on a long beach for walking ( but has its own little beach) and the walk into town isn’t very comfortable as no pavement and road quite busy with taxis

Very nice hotel with small wild beach. We were pleasantly surprised by communication from hotel starting already from pre arrival. We received full information about hotel and list of interesting places to visit around the area. Room was spacious with direct access to beach and pool. Amazing sunrise views from the cliff! Professional and super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Sea is not very comfortable for swimming in this area.

This hotel is well-located on the beach and has nice rooms. There are a few restaurants around, so I would say it's one of the better locations on Tulum beach.

The water went off twice for an extended period of time during my short stay at this hotel. Each time there were no working toilets in the property, so we had to leave the property to use the bathroom. The staff told me that they cannot guarantee the delivery of basic utilities like water or electricity and sometimes they just go off for no reason. I would expect better from a "boutique hotel" that charges over $300 USD per night.

Expensive, with bad service. Every additional coffee, despite b’fast inclusion gets charged. While in Tulum every place adds 15% service charge /tips (like it or not!) the staff here say this is “only for the kitchen and bar staff”, they try to add even more tip. At the same time the service is less than average… at best. Extra charges… tax, service, environmental fee… all adds up. The beach, little bay is nice but not good for swimming as it is very shallow but rocky. Everything except the rooms is extremely worn and torn. Much to expensive for what’s on offer.

Small boutique hotel with nicely styled rooms with great decor, clean bathroom, breakfast included one hot drink, fresh jus, fresh fruit and one main course chose by you. Location was very good as well, beach was nice and private.

Missing a wardrobe or something to put your stuff. Room includes bathrobe but slipers were missing.

Everything in this hotel is perfect, the rooms are a great size which are cleaned daily, lovely balcony with a great view of the private beach. The staff are excellent and can’t do enough for you. The private beach is so relaxing and peaceful, plenty of sun beds to relax on and hammocks dotted around the hotel.

We all had a wonderful stay at this hotel, from the friendly staff to the beautiful surroundings. We ate at the restaurant next door a few times, and it was perfect. Everything was within walking distance to other places to eat etc. We will be back next year, thank-you!

beds are very very hard and the blankets are not very comfortable. very hard to get ready at night in the main room of the suite due to minimal lighting.

We had breakfast at Mina and under the rock. Both next door. Food and staff was great. Very friendly and the views well you are smacked up in front of the beach and palm trees so what better view can you get from that.

Could have somewhat of an all inclusive. Tulum is not cheap at all.

The hotel was just perfect. It is extremely beautiful with spacious rooms and a prime beach location. There is a fantastic restaurant on site, and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Miguel and Raquel for making our stay so unforgettable!

Many of the restaurants we went to were a taxi ride away. Not a problem but taxis could be on the expensive side.
