It was spacious and had everything you would need in a apartment.

The showers both had mould in them. The apartment didn’t feel clean.

The rooms could have been cleaned a bit better, toilet bowl not cleaned , stains on carpet, cutlery dirty, long hair on bed , mould in shower .

The property was across the road from the hospital, which was perfect for us.

The property needs a thorough deep clean. The carpets were badly stained and walking in bare feet proved they were not clean. There was an overpowering smell in the apartment, which we eventually worked out it was coming from the bathroom drains. Walls and doors were also dirty and sticky.

Apartment was large, had modern facilities, easy check-in process and friendly staff. The bus station opposite was handy.

The carpets hadn't been vacuumed from the previous guests, and there some general maintenance/cleanliness issues.

Location was perfect, right near RNA Showgrounds, took 30mins to walk from our room to the main stage at Knotfest! 9/10 would stay again.

Lack of parking and parking charged on top of accommodation, other than that the stay was perfect.

Clean & comfortable. Location is excellent for hospital appointments. Very friendly reception staff & happy to answer questions. Happy to show us how the car lift worked.

Maybe air con in the bedroom?

We had an early morning appointment at the RBWH, literally across the road. Perfect location for that and $15 taxi fare to the CBD. Apartment comfortable and well equipped and great value for money, staff very friendly 🙂

The car lift, but done once not as scary as it first seemed, one very kind young lady came with us the first time.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen facilities were adequate.

The fact that we did not have any hot water until the next morning.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The location is convenient since it is in the heart of Brisbane city.

1. The dust was really bad in the house - skirtings, the side tables, carpets, blinds, sofas, etc. The sofa was so dirty that it was hard for us to sit and relax in the living area. I have attached the pictures of the same. 2. Lights and Fan - The lights in the room were too dim to use properly, and the same issue was in the bathroom. The fan speed was too slow (even with the high setting on). There were no aircons in the room, which made it really suffocating in the rooms. 3. The bathroom door - There were no locks in the bathroom, which made it quite uneasy.
