Location was good close to main beach.

Some improvements could be made. For example install an air conditioner & ceiling fans, availability of a hair dryer and tissues. Also a tv in the bedrooms would be nice too. The rooms smelt stale needs a diffuser or something. The outdoor table had a broken chair. Car park is only suitable for small cars!

The blankets supplied were too warm for the beginning of summer weather and should be changed to lighter blankets. Had some problems with the dishwasher, it worked but not consistently. Most cooking implements were supplied but no stirring spoon to use while cooking but I bought one and left it there. Some basic cleaning tools could have been provided to help over the two week stay eg. spray and wipe, toilet cleaner

Lovely property with a view of the inlet and a great location. 15 minute walk into the town and 5 -10 minute walk to the beach. With Pambula, Tura Heads and Tathra so close and Merimbula itself, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pelican Waters. Highly recommend.

The only thing we missed was wi fi internet access.

Location and easy access to everywhere

Location was good. Breakfast is not applicable. View was excellent.

Car park for unit 2 was a bit hard to get into. Apartment appears to be in the flight path for the aerodrome.
