Perfect location very clean with great facilities- the views are great overlooking the harbour and the sunsets are a must see in the morning

It was a wonderful location with views of the port and the promenade. Very close to the market and shops on foot.
The apartment was large and spacious with some nice furniture and lots of personal items. We were there over Christmas and Javier was happy for us to use the special family crockery and glasses to make our meal special.
The outdoor balcony was comfortable and there was always something to see.
We stayed almost a month and were very happy with the facilities and Javier's responsiveness to our needs. He also ordered an Amazon firestick so that we could watch Netflix and Amazon using our own accounts. The parking was nearby in a very safe and secure location at additional cost.
This is not a "modern" apartment but I would highly recommend it to give a real feel for living in the town of Denia. Whilst some of the equipment was a bit old everything worked.
We would have liked 2 showers. There is one full bathroom with a shower and toilet and a second toilet.
The seating in the lounge was comfortable but a bit low. Might be a problem if you have knee issues.

We spent a fabulous week in Denia, and a good part of the overall positive impression was due to the flat we stayed in. It is extraordinary: the space (perfect for 5 people but It can take up to 7, I reckon), the lights, the cleanliness, the facilities and of course the view. It was spectacular! The property location is also a great bonus: within 5-10 minutes you can reach everything by foot: a sandy beach (we wish there were more facilities but it does not have anything to do with the flat), a supermarket, Denia Castle and historic centre and the restaurants. There are plenty of those in the easy walking proximity. The host was extremely welcoming and always in contact with useful tips and advice. We will 100% come back!

The apartment is like a home from home, with everything you need and more, in a beautifully decorated apartment. It is bright and spacious, with stunning views over the marina, and in a perfect location for fantastic restaurants and shopping. With the recent heatwave, we were very grateful for the sea breeze in the afternoon! Javier was easy to communicate with and very accommodating - we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent location close to paseo and lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance.
Lovely view from panoramic windows.
Well equipped kitchen, which we didn't need for one night stay.

Exquisite location on the edge of the old town. So many restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Great views from the balcony. 10 min to the harbor restaurants or to the beach. Our kids loved their bedrooms.
We assumed "two bathrooms" meant two showers, but it didn't (and we didn't realize that the picture of the shower next to the bidet was the same shower next to the toilet). Two toilets was certainly helpful for the 5 of us, though.
The hot water tank ran out quickly with 5 people needing showers after a day at the beach.
