Das einzig gute war die Lage , nah der Strandpromenade.

Das schlimmste war ein wirklich betäubender, Kopfschmerz erzeugender Geruch der den Aufenthalt im Appartment schwer erträglich machte . Es waren zwei sehr süßliche Duftprodukte aufgestellt, die sehr intensiv rochen . Wir mussten diese auf dem Balkon verbannen, da es unterträglich war. Dann kam jedoch im Bad ein Geruch von Schimmel und Chemie zum Vorschein. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr dürftig. Der Boden im Wohnzimmer bläht sich auf , alles abgewohnt … Nie wieder …

Emplacement très sympa , central dans la ville et proche de tout Hôte à l’écoute ( nous avons eu des soucis de peinture qui tombait du plafond dans la salle de bains et ça a été repeint en moins de 24h ) et réactif Terrasse agréable

Cuisine vraiment mal équipée en vaisselle ( 3 verres , 3 assiettes creuses , 3 couverts et 4 bols ) . Il y a un four mais pas de plat , dommage … Appartement qui aurait besoin d’un bon coup de nettoyage à fond et d’un rafraîchissement !

This apartment was great. The location is within walking distance of everything in El Medano, the size of the apartment was very comfortable, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The kitchen had all the utensils for cooking, and everything worked well.

The location was perfect. You had everything you needed.

The place was really run down. It was somehow clean but you better don't look closer. But for that price and the size of the apartment absolutely great.

prime location - only 3-5min walk into town centre, close to a few beaches (walking distance), easy access to a few good shops for food when you didn’t want to eat out/for snacks and drinks. also had overhead fans in each room which helped overnight :) plus a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival which was much needed after a long, hot travel day :) equipped for some cooking (plates, crockery, etc) if you don’t want to eat out every night

not much to complain about. only, maybe, that the main bed was two singles pushed together, so would often (throughout the night multiple times) drift apart and you’d have to pull them back together. also the balcony door is a little stiff to pull open and closed - but something that isn’t much bother. oh … not part of the room, but the elevator is prehistoric and small, so if you aren’t the biggest fan of small spaces or dodgy elevators -TAKE THE STAIRS.
