It's located at central so very convenient to access main road and hotels nearby. Really happy with that
We were given 3rd floor with no lift access so very much disappointed having small kid climbing the steps was difficult

The room was small initially which later turned onto enlarged one on request. the property was beside bus station which was a plus point.
owner was very helpful and resourceful.
power failure due to rain, but the owner could takle this issue very nicely.

The staff members were very much cooperative. They helped me to reach the hotel. Gave detailed information about important places to visit in Pondicherry. Further they also helped me to rent a two-wheeler for roaming around Pondicherry. Overall it was very good from the staff members.
There is no such place for parking vehicle. You need to keep your rented vehicle in a small place in the backside of the hotel which is not so convenient. The room was quite small even though I booked double bed room.
