I liked everything about stay and property

I didn’t really know where breakfast was, but it didn’t bother me
The building works next door, but not a major deal.

the location of the flat was perfect, it was spotlessly clean and the owner and staff were wonderful
lack of a sea view but we were only yards from the beach so it was fine after the initial disappointment

Beautiful setting with garden and pool and very close to the beach.
Room comfortable and kitchenette well stocked (appiances). AC and WIFI top. Really enjoyed the stay.
Not that it is really necessary, but no room cleaning even for 4 nights.

We had a very warm welcome from Ron, who was our host. He gave us a tour of the apartment and some really great tips for eating in Santa Marina! We had a great time thanks to his great advise! Next to this, the room was very clean and comfortable!

Great location and very nice facilities. Poll area is great and the beach is right by the side.
Wifi was a bit unstable and the TV was in poor condition.

Everything was great. Great location, brilliant restaurants/bars within walking distance. Fantastic stretch of beach less than a minute from your room. Took a walk around the area and in my opinion it’s the best and most central location. Let’s not talk about the fantastic restaurant right beside it, Cafe del Mar
Lack of intercom for request and checkout (for me) was a bummer.
Apart from that it was all good.

Very clean apartment and swimming pool. Perfect location, seconds to the town and beach. Very comfy mattress!
Ron was great (and very responsive) at providing information and very useful tips about the island.

The taxi driver (who probably works for the hotel) asked 2000 escudos instead of 1500 what was supposed to be the correct price.
