location was excellent have stayed in this location before very easy to get about the villa had plenty of space close to beach and restaurants would recommend for family and friends plenty off outside space and great roof terrace
nothing could possible do with upgrading outdoor furniture sunbeds especially chairs round table outside would go back again

Location was spot on for any beach lover and very near the town centre . Loads of extras in the bungalow relating to home from home

The host was extremely nice and very accommodating and the appartement offers good value for money. The appartement is located close to the beach and had its own parking place, which was a real bonus as we stayed during the height of the holiday season.
The area where the appartement is located was mostly quiet, but the master bedroom is located on the street side, so if you go to bed early there is some disturbance from passing cars.

Communication great with John when i made booking and Monica was really lovely to deal with when we were there . Villa Leon was spotless and central to town.The house is very spacious with an excellent roof terrace where we spent most of our time incredible views.

A really lovely house, good value for money and in a great location. Lovely outside space with a shaded terrace to eat and a sunny roof top terrace. Very responsive and helpful host.
The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave.

3 min walk to the beach. Private parking space, plenty of space in the house, , roof terrace, nice patio, bbq. Anything else you can think of it's in the house - board games, beach umbrella, etc.

John was exceptionally accommodating and responsive right from the very beginning. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4 (2 small children) everything was catered for. Fantastic location, so close to the beach and bars and restaurants. Highly recommend staying here if in the area.

Showers weren’t always hot but was probably due to having to cope with 5 people having a shower one after another, only foam mats for 2 out of the 5 sun loungers. Minor issues on an otherwise fantastic stay

The house is so well located. You are just a few metres from the beach and the restaurants of Caleta de Fuste. If you travel with kids is specially good as you have a terrace for playing. The house has a sunbath area and parking place. You have all the equipment you need including a big screen TV and internet. The owner is very friendly and Veruska is very kind and helpful. Definitely we will recommend the place.

Very spacious, cool and fresh in 35degrees of sun, lovely patio ground level and roof.
Comfortable beds loads of linen and towels, kitchen home from home.
Very close to beach, but sheltered from off sea winds that can get chilly in the evenings.
Very quite road but also not a ghost place.
From us 100% recommended.

Lovely location,nice villa needs updating,tired bathroom,needs new bedding,had problems with the electrics kept blowing trying go contact the owner and veruska for help got no response,overall nice spacious villa but has problems that need correcting.
