Cette maison vient d'être complètement rénové pour 2019! Vous ne voulez pas manquer celui-ci! Nouvelles portes à âme dure, nouveaux revêtements de sol, nouveaux plafonds en lambris, lits superposés sur mesure assez grands et robustes pour adultes, portes de la grange dans la buanderie, nouveaux meubles de salon et, bien sûr, nouvelle literie!
Les chambres sont séparées par l'espace de vie avec deux de chaque côté de la maison. Le côté est a deux maîtres avec salles de bains privées et des lits King size. L'un d'eux est plus grand et contient également une chaise Pottery Barn qui est un lit double. L'autre offre une vue sur l'océan et un accès privé au porche.
Les deux chambres côté ouest partagent une grande salle de bain Jack-n-Jill (portes coulissantes, double vasque, combo baignoire / douche). Une chambre a un lit King et une coiffeuse avec vue sur l'océan et les portes du porche. L'autre a des couchettes personnalisées. Un ensemble est des jumeaux XL et l'autre des jumeaux réguliers. Chaque couchette a de petites étagères de rangement, un éclairage privé et des prises avec des prises USB.
Trois des quatre chambres et le salon disposent d'une télévision à écran plat.
Les plafonds voûtés et le plan ouvert du salon, de la cuisine et de la salle à manger offrent de nombreuses possibilités de s'asseoir et de se restaurer. Un mur de fenêtres offre une vue sur l'océan depuis chaque point de la pièce: vous regardez la télévision sur le canapé, vous versez un verre de vin au bar ou même la vaisselle!

The only reason for the four star is because of the king size bed in the master bedroom. It really needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and enjoyable weekend.

We decided to get together in honor of my mother and her two sisters, who all had or have Alzheimer’s. We checked in and were wowed by the views, the pool, the decor, and cleanliness! We had a great time celebrating our reunion with plenty to do! This place had everything we needed! We highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a great home, and location, location, location!!! You can see the Gulf from the deck and just a short walk to the beautiful beach!! It’s so close you can run back for anything you forgot, lunch, or bathroom break! The bunk beds were super comfortable. Great big table for family dinners.

Perfect location; setup of the house was fantastic! The property managers were great. Couple of things that would have helped us was a more detailed list of what the property had; we brought a lot of stuff we didn't need to. We've stayed at "fully furnished" houses before and there was hardly anything there. This place is truly FULLY furnished! I even brought my Amazon Firestick and didn't need it. :) A heated pool would have been great, too. House was clean overall, but we did see a mouse in the kitchen the night before we left and had to kill a couple of pretty good sized bugs, but hey, it's Florida! Didn't ruin our trip at all. Highly recommend!

Very nice location and beautiful home. Plenty of room and everything you need to cook or grill by the pool. Very short walk to the beach and perfect size pool to hangout at night and let the kids play. Will definitely rent again next year.

PROS: The location of this house was absolutely perfect and the best thing about it. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was amazing. There were also a TON of beach toys, chairs, and supplies. The layout of the house was well-planned and there was plenty of space for our family.
CONS: The beds were definitely worn out and not very comfortable. The deck needs some TLC - our girls had 2 splinters during our stay. The internet was very undependable and had to be rebooted 2-3 times every day which was problematic as our children were trying to do school work and lost their work on several occasions. Lastly, we found 2 cockroaches in the kitchen during our stay.
With some maintenance, we would say here again.

After staying in several Pensacola Beach properties, I think we have finally found the perfect one for us, our three grown daughters and five grandkids. We adults like full size beds, and this house has three king bedrooms. The bunk room has enough beds for everyone, and the three baths are great. Sharron, the owner, has generously stocked her house with everything you could ever think about needing, and double of things like pan sets and pots for the kitchen. She has included books and games, and a basket of dvds that we did not discover until the day we left. We will definitely go through them next year when we return. My gkids loved the pool, and their moms loved the outdoor shower. It was so easy to give showers, wash hair and bathing suits each evening after their last swim, and send them upstairs to get into their pjs. Sharron provides quality, even the outdoor furniture, not the flimsy plastic stuff some people use. And, oh yes, the Gulf is just across the street, for afternoon beach walking. My one concern was the front stairs, which really need attention to improve it's safety. But, I read in a post from the owner that they will address that this year, and update the outdoor shower. Overall, my experience with this property was extremely positive. The owner, Sharron, is very prompt in responding, and the property management was as well. Happily returning next year!!

We took adult kids and grandkids to Pensacola. We had a wonderful trip. Just steps from white sand and beautiful water. The only thing that could have made the house better was to have gates on both porches. It looked at one time there might have had a gate on the front porch but not now. We had a 16 month old running around so the wide opening with fairly steep staircase made for a lot of work keeping him safe. The kitchen was equipped with everything a cook could possibly think of to use or need. There was an ice machine that was very convenient . Very nice furnishings but not over the top nice so that we worried about the little ones messing something up. We took our own beach chairs and sand toys but they had a huge supply there to use. Very nice bathrooms. Great kitchen. Only issue at all was not being able to check in until 5:00pm. Made for a rough couple hours with little ones that were ready to be out of the car.

Other than the amount of traffic on the road out front, I have no complaints whatsoever. The home was clean and very accommodating for my entire family. It was spacious, real close to the beach, people were nice and we had a great time. the puzzles and books for the kid were wonderful, toys too. the beach toys and the pool toys were an unexpected gift as we did bring some things, but there was all this stuff that we didn't bring. the pool was just out of this world with a get away from the beach. Everyone was glad we came and enjoyed the house very much.I was scared that i would be charged for the toilet roll holder that had a hole in the wall where one side was missing and the chipped paint along the wall of the dining table and the refrigerators water and ice dispenser where the plastic was broke. I only reported the toilet roll holder, because my family said the other stuff was normal wear and tear on house. I still worried about it though.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the Wine Down House. Everything was as it was described. Wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool as it was beautiful. Our favorite place to hang out was the front porch facing the ocean. We loved having such close and easy access to the beach right across the street. The only thing needing improvement is better lighting for the steps going down to the driveway. It was a bit frightening using those steps at night. But would still recommend to friends and family.

We loved this house so much! Everything from the private pool in the back that our kids wouldn't get out of, to the amazing front porch that we lived on daily and nightly, our family and extended family felt right at home. We will be back, this house was great for our young children being a one story, the distance to the beach was perfect, and the interior layout allowed everyone their own space and privacy. Sad to leave, but planning on coming back for sure!

The house was wonderful and the staff at paradise beach homes was very helpful and friendly. We got into town early and the house was ready for us. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The only recommendation I would have is more comfortable and durable outside furniture. Two of the plastic chairs were broken when we got there. Overall it was a great vacation and we are looking forward to coming back next year.

Cold not have been better! It was the best laid out and stocked rental we have ever experienced. Renters literally don't have to bring anything other than food and desire for fun. Beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are all already there. We liked it so much that as we checked out we put our deposit down for next year...we have never done that before.

Love, love, love! Rain and all (although, we now know not to stay in August) This home is absolutely amazing! Our first "home" we usually stay in condo's, which is nice for being close to the stores and shops. But, this was so much more convenient. No lugging a weeks worth of groceries and luggage into crowded elevators, oh and to have your OWN private pool! Tons of pool and beach chairs and floats! Amazing! View was awesome from the huge front porch! The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and pans! Love the ice maker! Love the layout of the house! Could not ask for anything better! We renewed our vows on this trip. 25 years! Lots of memories made for our family! Definetly would stay again! I have already had friends ask about this beautiful home! Only was a few minor wear and tear issues, such as the hose out front had burst. Toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms had broken. All minor compared to all the good things! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home! <3

Our family had a wonderful trip to Pensacola! We all loved the home...especially the pool! It fit us perfectly! Three king size bedrooms for the adults and the double bunk beds for the children. Loved being right on the beach!!! The ocean was wonderful! Several days waves for jumping fun and a couple of days the water was like a lake for paddle very clear! The extra ice maker was a plus! The name fits this property perfectly...The Wine Down House. So peaceful and relaxing! Management was there for us...garbage day is Friday and when you check out on Saturday the cans are all filled up from cleaning out the frig. They made a special trip to empty our cans. Hope to go back soon! Loved Flounders (so kids friendly), Peg Leg Petes and Native Cafe! The free Blue Angels show and museum was amazing!

The vacation rental at 1415 Ariola Dr was an amazing experience. We, along with our son & family from Las Vegas, and our daughter & family from Pace, stayed here the week after Christmas. The location was perfect...walked across the street to the beach! 3 king bedrooms & a bunk room for the children assured everyone their own space. The spacious kitchen easily accommodated more than one cook! Nothing can replace family time...these memories will remain long after this week!

This home, across the street from the Gulf, was everything is was advertised to be. Spacious, clean, wonderful front and back porches. Pool area was nice and serviced daily. With a vacant lot across the street, the views of the water and access to the beach were great. Lots of shaded parking space. Lots of beach chairs and toys supplied by owner - very much appreciated. The front steps did not feel safe - this was commented on by many friends who came in and out. They seems slightly pitched forward. More trash cans are needed, especially for recycling. WiFi connection was unreliable.
