The location of place is very good. Heating and wifi were ok.

The owner asked for deposit and we gave her 30% of total booking money as deposit. However, it was not mentioned in booking page. When we were leaving, she did not give deposit back. To give deposit back, she wants good comments on booking.com. Moreover, in order not to give money, she blamed us with damaging the old teapot in kitchen. Furthermore, she humilated and poke us to apologize for what we did not done. I guarantee you most of the good comments on booking.com about this place was done with this scam. Thus, I suggest you to not trust the rating of the places. The given room is not as same and good as shown in pictures. Owner gave us different room. Toilet paper, soap and sponge were not provided by owner. It was bought by us. Cleaning of place is very poor. You should not expect a clean room and room service. Wardropes were dusty. The cleaning only done in kitchen and we stay 11 night, but cleaning done only once. In addition, you have to take garbage out yourselves. The tap water in bathroom was extremely hot and it cannot be regulated. The bed was horrible. It consist of 2 merged sofas and it was really unconfortable. Sheets and pillows were bad quality synthetic. The kitchen has very few items to use. There is no microwave. The owner wants to try to do saving on everything. She will warn you about using electricy and tap water. (PS: she blame us about huge water bill.) The washing machine was not working most of the time. There was no hair dryer. When we asked from owner, all the time she said i will do it. Nevertheless, she was not doing anything about our complains. Security of the our room was questionable. The locking system was really nonsense. After stay, owner wants you to list bad thing about place with whatsapp, not on booking.com. Furthermore, the owner does not do anything by herself. You always have to ask for every little service about place. To sum up, it was really annoying stay and be careful with choosing this place.

Host Victoria was very good and helpful. The location of the house is very good. House is very clean.

- The bed was indeed a very uncomfortable day bed - The bathroom had neither a window nor a fan, so it was quite smelly - it is ages since the big carpet in the room was cleaned last - To find the place you have to call the owner as it is impossible to find the correct entrance or doorbell by yourself, so you need a SIM card, which hopefully I had - It was a bit far from the city center - There was no door lock in my room so when I went out I could not lock my room I came here driven by the good reviews, but unfortunately I had a totally different experience. For a couple of dollars more there are much better solutions.
