المكان يصلح للعوائل ومرتب وقريب من جميع الاحتياجات العامة مطاعم حلال مخبز حلاق سوبرماركت
والمكان تظيف توجد شقق صغيرة وكبيرة ..
وأي شيئ تحتاجه للشقة يلبون طلبك بسرعة بصراحة
اللي يحب يزور فيينا فهذا السكن المناسب فعلاً وقريبب أيضاً من السنتر تقريباً 7 دقائق بالسيارة ..

بالنسبة لمواقف السيارات يوجد مواقف ولكن للسيارات الصغيرة يعني اذا عندك ميني فان مايصلح الموقف ولكن يوجد مواقف سيارات قريبة مشي تقريباً 3 دقائق وبسعر 8 يورو باليوم .. للعلم فقط فيينا مواقف السيارات غاليه
ومتشددين في مواقف السيارات اذا خالفت ..

O locație deosebită, destul de aproape de centru (se poate ajunge într-o plimbare relaxanta pe lângă Dunăre în 30 min). Apartamentul este foarte spațios, curat și dotat cu tot ce este necesar. Pentru noi este a doua oară când venim în acest loc, iar pe viitor, când vom reveni la Viena, intenționăm sa rezervam tot aici.
Parcarea deținută nu este suficienta pentru toate apartamentele, dar nu este neapărat o problema deoarece în zona se găsește o parcare publica în care poți parca la un preț rezonabil (10 euro/zi), la 5 min distanta de mers pe jos.

The unit was well located on the canal, an easy 30min walk to the city centre. There were plenty of options to eat locally. The washing machine was very welcome as we’d been traveling for a while.

Very close to center tons of space for the money all you need for a very comfortable stay,
could have been slightly more upscale furniture but comfortable enough parking a bit of an issue came late and no spot available but was directed to a public garage 10 minute walk away which charged less daily than the hotel

The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, and well located. The kitchen had all the facilities needed, and having a separate bathroom and laundry room equipped with a shower made our staying cosier.
The hostess was very polite and helpful in addressing all our needs.

Very well located (less than 15 minutes by U4 to Schwedenplatz). Everything you need in the neighbourhood. Very clean. A perfect choice for visiting Vienna.

The property is a couple of minutes walk from the underground, trams run past the door, it is a 30 minute walk to the centre, so it is a great location. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, and places to eat within a 5 minute walk. Spacious apartment, exceptionally clean. Beds very comfortable, loads of storage.

Very good apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's very close to the metro station, and although the apartment isn't in the inner city, one can be near all the major attractions for a maximum of 20 min.
There wasn't any a/c. When we arrived, it was very hot and we had to open the windows. The street is very nosy (there is a tram line) and it's impossible to sleep while the windows are open. Actually, we were hearing the tram and the street noise even through closed windows.
