Location first of all (hearth of Belgrade and near to everything), very clean and “warm”. It is really like staying at home, and having 2 levels is the plus. We could stay literally in 2 families and having our privacy and space. GREAT! We will return for sure.

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of the Belgrade's city centre. It's an impossibility to imagine a place with peace and quite in the Belgrade's city centre, until you stumble upon this little hidden oasis. Private little park, literally, right before the front door in the courtyard.
The apartment is exceptionally modern, comfortable and functional, yet stylish, elegant and traditional. Not to mention clean beyond reproach! 4 of us stayed there, a family with 2 kids. Kids had the attic to themselves and it was their own little kingdom under the roof.
The host Ljilja was away on vacation with her husband, but their son Marko was always around, available 24/7 and always helpful. Cool dude with an extremely pleasant disposition and a welcoming attitude.
Not to get too carried away, let's sum it up: If you are looking for the most complete place that is sensational and spectacular in any sense and way imaginable - this is it!

Very comfortable place, there is everething you could need: coffemashine, washing mashine, ketler, good air-conditioning, internet is good enough for zoom meetings. Very quiet courtyard, but at the same time you're in the center of Belgrade.

The apartment is absolutely charming, it is very central and close to everything in Belgrade. It had everything essential to spend a week and even more, the kitchen is well equipped and it’s great it has the dishwasher. We had 4 people and it was absolutely enough space for such a company. Lily and her husband are great hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them, Lily was always in touch on all questions. Thank you!

Everything was great! Very hospitable family, helped us with the transfer from/ to airport. The apartment is so cozy, comfortable and clean, we feel ourselves very safe. Location is in the centre of the old town, at night was absolutely quiet. Near a lot of interesting restaurants, cafes, bookshops, park and sights. The hosts were in touch with us all time for all questions. Nice beautiful garden near the house, it’s good especially if you are with children. highly recommend!

11 out of 10 is not enough for this apartments. Quiet and cozy place in the center of the Old Town of Belgrade with it's own little blooming garden where you can drink your morning coffee and not only. Two floors, two bathrooms and a complete set of everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Lilly & Željko hospitality is exceptional :)

As the apartment is hidden in a small garden, it's really silent. Though it's located in the heart of walking area. Very big, 2 level, with 2 bathrooms - suitable for a big family. Very nice interior. I'd love to stay next time there. Thank you Lilly!

We had a few extra days in Belgrade due to some passport issues. The hosts were exceptional, making sure we had high speed internet and shoveling out during a major snowstorm. Access to a washing machine and a full kitchen made our stay perfect.

Together with friends we rented the two apartments. Both apartments were very clean and had everything you needed.
We slept 3 people in each apartment but it could easily have accommodated 4 per apartment.
It was quiet and peaceful but still we were close to the pedestrian zone, activities and restaurants.
Will not come up with anything to complain about except that the price may be a bit high.

The apartment is a hidden gem. It's a small house just in the heart of Belgrade with a private yard. We were amazed by it's cleanness, quietness and great atmosphere. Lilly is a wonderful host. Definitely recommend.

This is an absolute gem of an apartment! Beautifully furnished duplex with two bathrooms was the perfect base for our family of four to explore Belgrade from. Right in the centre of town but tucked far enough away to be quiet. The garden was magical too.

Everything! The location is great, the host Lilly is great, it’s clean, well designed appartment. Thin walls so you’ll hear the neighbours quite well but it’s a small thing in the over all review.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is in the heart of the center in the pedestrian zone, but very close to a parking garage. It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities that a guest might need. The two separate bathrooms (one downstairs and another upstairs) are very convenient and fully equipped. Our hosts, Zeliko and Lily were very hospitable and friendly and they made all the necessary arrangements to make a reservation at the parking garage and even at a restaurant.
All in all, one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in.
