Room was good. Bathroom needs modernising, but clean, reasonably internet and temperature control.

Rooms extremely outdated. Rooms smelled of dog. Noisy location. Will steer clear of this motel in future.

Comfortable bed, adequate amenities provided. Good air con. Bedding and towels were clean.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke, so much that my clothes had a smell when I left. The bathrooms were very dirty with lots of mould and old build up. For $110 per night (plus $30 per dog per night) I feel like these rooms need updating.

Didn't have breakfast. Don't know of it was available. Tea and coffee facilities were in cupboard milk in fridge. Bed fresh linen and very comfortable. Clean towels throughout. Clean loo too. Car park for unit 7 on a hill bit concerning however car didn't roll into other cars over night .

Air con unit on roof cutting in and out was noisy especially when you were trying to sleep

I stayed in a pet friendly room which needs to be flea bombed. I was bitten all night and found fleas.

Being charged an extra cleaning rate for my dog. Im Betting there's no extra care taken cleaning the room compared to a non pet room. After every visit of a pet the rooms should be flexible bombed.

My name is Honorah Johnston i called booking .com to reserve my room in bendigo for a night as i havd breast cancer treatments,ongoing,its hard to travel straight through..we arrived at bendigo around 1.30 am,only to find No one around . No after hours call number and no key to let us in our room..this happened to me twice , that night /morning...very dissapointed and sore.😪
