Wir kamen an und haben vor Ort nach dem Preis gefragt..Die Dame an der Rezeption wollte uns dann die doppelte Gebühr abnehmen auch als ich den Preis auf Booking gezeigt habe. Habe dann über booking gebucht und den Original Preis erhalten. Sie öffnete dann das Zimmer aus welchem erst mal eine ganze Kolonie an Spinnen und auch Kakerlaken kamen… Als wir nach dem -Inbegriffenen- Frühstück gefragt haben sagte Sie sie würde uns ein Brot und ein hartgekochtes Ei sowie einen Tee (Kaffee gäbe es nicht) zubereiten. Wir haben nach einem Omelette oder Rührei oder Früchten gefragt. Daraufhin hat Sie frech gegrinst und gemeint.. ja aber das berechnet sie extra. Also war unser Frühstück tatsächlich ein ungetoasteter Toast mit einer uralten Dose Rama einem harten Ei ohne Salz sowie Tee aus dreckigem Wasser.. Nein danke! Keine weitere Nacht!!

Bathroom does not have the jet spry neither tissue paper, size is too small and quality of mattress is not good at all. Rooms are full or mosquito and despite having mosquito net I failed to sleep. In two rooms are without windows so if you are sleeping in those rooms you will be suffocated.

Friendly staff, helped me when I arrived late and also was flexible with breakfast to give me vegan, instead of their usual food.

I had a large room with a large double bed. The hotel is quite clean and offers sufficient hot water. The ladies working there are very friendly and helful. Especially the breakfast included is quite nice. Compared to other hotels offering breakfast I once stayed at, the breakfast here is the best. 非常满意!!!

I’m writing this a few weeks after my stay so I can’t remember the name of the owner but she was very lovely. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the gardens were beautiful. Very nice and quiet location.

If you don’t have free breakfast included I think the breakfast was a little overpriced for what it was. I think the prices for using some of the amenities should be included in the price too.

we did not like that much the center of Fort Portal, this is why we appreciated this place: it is fortunately a bit out of town in a pretty area (a lot of spaces): a very good reason to stay here is that the super beautiful "Mountains of the Moon" hotel is on the corner, and its restaurant have super affordable prices for amazing food in a great scenario (with two huge Ficus tree you'll never forget)
