Location within Adeje and views to the Ocean. Fantastic situation for walking as we were already at the top of the town.
We didn't see anyone at reception at any time which was a little odd and we missed the personal touch - all done via messaging and remote/key boxes. Worked fine but would have liked to see a face too!

A very nice and well designed room with everything needed. The view from the shared terasse was amazing, it was always pleasure to have a glass of wine there. The area is also very beautiful. It's close to the restaurants and cool hikes. We were with a car and it was easy to get to the beaches, the vulcano and some other natural sights. It was warm in January and I could even sweem at the nearest beaches. The host was helpful and always responded very quickly if we needed anything.
The room was a bit dark, there only was a small window in the bedroom, but the daylight was covered with some blinds, which I couldn't open. It was a bit sad, because I sometimes had to work before noon and the wifi didn't work on shared terasse, so I missed the sunlight. There also were tiny ants in the kitchen and the bathroom, but they didn't really bother and I guess it's a common thing on Canarian.

The overall condition of the place was a little run down. Oneof the sunbeds was ripped, the terrace table was broken, we couldnt turn the patio light out, the bannister of the stairs to the terrace was loose, the electric socket to the kettle was loose and the hot water seemed to be on some kind of timer and no matter what time of day there was not enough hot water to last a whole shower.

Great apartments, very comfortable, spacious with almost everything you need. Host was easy to reach on WhatsApp, responsive and able to sort out things as we needed. The website for the apartments had useful tourist info. Out apartment had awesome mountain views.
The town of Adeje has everything you need and getting around Tenerife is easy with a rental car.
Pretty minimal stuff for improvement really. No wine bottle opener & shower went cold on us with multiple showers a few times.

The whole appartment smelled like cigarettes which bothered us a lot. Price is too high for what you get.

The apartment is well furnished, everything works and it was clean. We got a bottle of wine when we arrived. As it was xmas, a pannatonne was also presented. Lovely. There's a laundry room upstairs. Excellent WiFi and smart TV.
It is off the beaten track, but that is exactly what I wanted, at the end of the village on a hillside. Beautiful views, with hiking paths starting 200m from the doorstep. Yet all the restaurants are within a 5-10 min walk downhill.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable with a great balcony with a view on the mountains.
The apartments are located a few meters from a nice hike (barranco del infierno)
Check-in and checkout were super easy and simple. Staff was always available.

Close to the Barranco del Infierno park - it's good hiking to the waterfall (whole hiking tooks about 3hours) - entrance is 20€/10per person
Near apartment 50m is restaurant Otelo
You can park your car next to the apartment on the street (it's in the big hill), but in the morning from 08:00-13:30 is full, because of people who goes to Barranco del Infierno (but that's not our case - we were all day somewhere and in the evening, there's no problem with parking)
Missing soap for hand washing, shower gel
We found some black hairs on the floor (it was disgusting - take bigger care on cleaning)

Very kind staff.
We lost our Keys while going out and they arrived early in the morning to let us into the appartement.
Contact with the host/staff was really good. And they were super responsive.
Two things:
1: for the 3rd guest there wasn't a decent blanket. Just a thin piece of fabric. This was very cold at some Times. I would recommend getting every guest a decent blanket.
2: The shower only stays warm for 5-10 minutes, after that its cold. I think this is a problem with the boiler. So that should be fixable!

Nice and clean apartment. Nice location. Staff is very nice and helpful.
It is a little loud unfortunatley. The apartment is directly next to a road.
And the walls are very thin so we where able to hear our neighbors and people walking around alot.

Apartment was super clean, and had a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival which was a very nice touch. Very comfortable, and good size. Also I was allowed check on early which was great.
Unfortunately the WiFi speed was extremely slow, and connection difficult. This was throughout my 3 day stay. I hesitate to mention this as the apartment is lovely, but nowadays this is not good enough. This should be easily sorted and if so I would have given a higher rating

Good sized apartment, in a peaceful, scenic location. A nice touch was to have a welcoming bottle of wine placed on dining table :)
This is a minor issue, but would have great to have another window in the room for more natural light.

Fab location and quiet. The terrace was fabulous.
The Pillows weren't great and there were no spare Pillows.

The room was clean and well organized with lots of free space. The bed was very comfortable and all the neccessary equipment was there. Ideal for couples and small families. We even got a room cleaning service in the middle of our stay, which was unexpected but welcome. The appartments are a bit out of the Adeje town but that was an advantage as there was never any issue with parking and it was very calm area.
We had issues with wi-fi signal in our appartment (n.5) - it was working only in the bathroom.

The flat is very spacious and clean,with an amazing mountain view,also has a common terrace to use.The kitchen is well-equipped. The area is quite. Good base location to go to Masca, Teide,Icod
etc. We arrived by car and it was the easiest way to explore around. I enjoyed our stay a lot!
