Staff were some of the friendliest anywhere we have been; so welcoming and helpful. The boutique hotel itself is exceptional, would highly recommend. We had a beautiful room with hot tub overlooking the beach - what more can you ask for?

The property was on the beachfront. The staff was very friendly. Nassos, the manager was welcoming, friendly and tried to make our stay as much comfortable and memorable as possible.

The location was great, being shaded and on the beach. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant at all times. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was just what we were seeking and we are looking forward to returning.

Everything and beyond was amazing. We changed three hotels during our stay on Santorini to have different experience in different locations on Santorini and also because our group stayed in Thira. But we regretted that we did that every single day. Santorini Crystal Blue Boutique Hotel was the best! We kept on coming back to see the the staff again which treated us as a family. This place was a real jam. Recommend to everybody. You'll not regret!

The location is fabulous. Right on the beach, a stroll to shops and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and really big. The staff took such good care of us. We had visited 5 years earlier and they remembered us and were so kind and generous, giving us welcome drinks, late checkout. Can’t recommend it enough!

Great hotel with wonderful room, pool area, private beach with sunbeds. Tasty breakfast in morning, nice location with restaurants around and bus stop nearby. Room clean and sunny, have small kitchen with fridge, kitchenware. You are provided with extra towels for sunbeds, first two rows of sunbeds are always reserved for hotel guests. The main great thing about hotel is staff, very friendly, helpful and willing to help in any time. Feels like your own property where you want to live for longer period.
There was no electricity one day, therefore AC was not working part of time at night. Pool works only until 19:30. Lack of choice for breakfast.

We had a lovely time here in rooms overlooking the sea - very good Covid precautions- staff very friendly and helpful. Nice shared pool and stayed in suite with jacuzzi . Very nice food in restaurant and very good breakfast .

Superb location, right on the Kamari beach. Our room had a wonderful sea view. Very clean. The hotel manager and his team did everything to satisfy us during our stay. Very good restaurant. Excellent value for money.

Crystal Blue and their team have made our stay in Kamari absolutely exceptional - we could not have enjoyed more, it was spectacular! The service was absolutely fantastic, we were even allowed to stay in our room until 8PM the day of departure. The kindness and generosity made everything so special. The hotel itself is absolutely magnificent, so beautiful, so much taken care of with love and attention. The breakfast and service is just wonderful, the pool area is amazing and the beach blissful. Our stay could not have been better and we cannot recommend this hotel and its staff highly enough - in fact, we cannot wait to be back! Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and marvelous, it was heaven on earth!

Well trained staff, very helpful and always friendly, sumptuous breakfast with fresh ingredients, COVID safety measures rigorously applied. Full day service at restaurant, bar and beach. Suites located in the more quiet area of Kamari, yet everything needed in walking distance. Regular bus service to Fira and Oia with comfortable coaches.
