was as advertised. well heated. good hot water for showers. good wifi all important stuff taken care of
Doorknobs could do with replacing. sounds trivial but was constantly annoying. cooking for more than 4? only if VERY well prepared. but this is warned in notes provided. i am a cook but we did not cook more than toast, and did not expect to.

The house had everything we needed and the whole booking process was extremely organised. Host went out of his way to insure out stay was satisfactory. Will definitely come back again.

- Satisfactory number of beds and chairs for a large group (we were 7 adults and 4 children)
- short walk to Mt Beauty pondage and play area (good walking/BBQ facility here)
- Very good location for bike riding/ ski base
- Excellent heating/ cooling all round in the house.
- Double gazed glasses - noise proof
- Excellent internet speed & facility/ you can cast mobile/Youtube to the TV directly using wifi
- Very good website that had detailed information about the property and surrounded area - highly recommended before visiting. Host also provided detailed information before arrival. all stuffs around the house is carefully labelled. No surprise at all.
- Property is actually not located on the lake/ does not have a lake view
- Lounge aircon is slightly defective, the thermostate doesn't work properly.
- BBQ facility on site not very clean - we used the one at the park
- No secured/ lock up garage
- Linen/ towel not provided
- Although well maintained, it's a very old property/ on stump and makes loud noise when someone walks around specially at night
