the receptionists who had no value for us guests and never took care of our needs . promised to call but didnt even after follow ups by calling them. Collected in advance all the money for the 13 days ( one day extra) rent and was not bothered at all. Poor customer relations.

The house was clean and the rooms were big.
I was not given the room / apartment what I had booked for, The staff said that the room / apartment is not available and I was given a different room / apartment. Which I felt like I was cheated. And not given what was committed. Further there was a care taker in side the house 24/7 which gave us zero privacy. And it was so not safe to stay with a stranger during night times. If they cant give the room which was booked they should inform the same at time of booking.
