We had a very pleasant stay at " Urban Hotel " , the location is excellent , close to the centre , the rooms are large and with a very modern design , also a delolicious breakfast .

Location, nice bar and restaurant, friendly and polite staff.

Uncomfortable and small bed, ants in the room, loud noise of an elevator is heard every time elevetor is used, rooms we got were in a separate building than the main hotel hotel building.

We had a great stay

A great hotel. Clean, modern and feels renovated just now. Above all was the great staff very comunicative, and responsive and with a smile. The breakfast was o.k. Served at the nice bar of the hotel, fine and tasty.

Fun and funky room good for a short stay in Thessaloniki.

Fun and unique room. Loved the swing! Close to the waterfront.

Beds were incredibly noisy - metal squeaking, etc.

Very good location,in the heart of the town. The building is very beautiful with a combination of classical architecture and modern design.The room was beautiful,clean and comfortable! The staff was very friendly,polite and helpful as well!I loved it!I ll definitely choose it again!

It was a good decision to choose this hotel.

Is was a very friendly stay , the staff very helpfully , the location is very good , the parking was close to the hotel , the room was comfortable and nice , and a good breakfast .

Very polite and helpful staff. Check in is from 15:00 but as we arrived earlier we were able to check in around 12:00. Great location, near parking for reasonable price and great food. Will come back ror sure! :)

One of the best hotels I have visited in my life. True authentic luxury is not covered in marbles and gold details like many other hotels. Urban color hotel is luxury as it should be. With good quality and soft design. Thoughtful and kind approach to their guests. The wish to be at your service with a genuin smile. The colors are soft and well matched, comfortable sleep, good internet, tvs and very clean. Perfect location and wonderful staff.
