THEIR RESPONSE TIMING AND SERVICE TIMING IS TOO LATE , NEVER RESPONSE ON A SINGLE CALL,, THEY WERE RESPONSING AFFTER 10-20 TIMES OF CALLS

The stay was comfortable. The staff were very courteous. They could speak good English and helpful. The breakfast spread was nice and taste was good too.
The towels could be better.

Catering facilities and taste not that good. mini bar was empty. no slippers in room, beds are pathetic and most uncomfortable. No hand towels. TV remote missing and could not switch on. The sandwiches were accompanied with one katori full of sauce which is too much and gets wasted
