restaurant food was poor. not enough selection. restaurant staff not properly trained for a 5* if you have food intolerances and allergies (like we have) forget. even after I have asked to the waiter to write it down in front of me so that there would be no mistake (in this instance NO ONION ) they still managed to get onion in my salad. same goes for no anchovies in the Caesar salad. what did I get in the Caesar salad …. Anchovies!

Exceptional hotel with high attention to detail and great staff. This is a very well-managed property and we really enjoyed our stay. Will be back. What stands out is the friendliness of the staff and the overall service level.

Not much to mention, we really liked it. Barthélemy doesn’t have a very „Caribbean“ feel to it, but as do most properties in St. Barth. The location is in the north-East so definitely would recommend a rental car for your stay to get to the city/beaches.
