Location: It is not in town, but the area is super friendly with great local restaurants. 5min tuktuk from Pub St (US$1).
The room was big, air con and mini fridge worked well.
Room stank because of the shower drain, we ended up leaving the extraction fan on in the bathroom and door closed to keep smell contained. Truly horrible first impression!
Also super weird to not get any cover on the duvet, or top flat sheet on bed. Made us feel super unclean as you had to sleep directly under the unwashed used duvet inner... I asked for extra sheets and was denied. We luckily had sleeping liners, so it was manageable.

Services, very helpful and Friendly staff. The staff show me the walking street which sale of good food at night time. Great location Coffee,Angkor museum near by. Recommended this hotel.

The owner is helpful. help to prepare tour for me. TukTuk driver was good, Mr Phall can speak English well. The room is big and comfortable. Quiet place and market next to the hotel, easy to find local food. Helpful staff. Will stay next visit.

They helped us to keep our luggage safe till the evening after checkout their hotel.
They charged me extra money due to only 02-hour late checkout. But, overall it could be a good deal at a low price if we didn't face the additional charge.

The location is good near the food market just right in the front of the property. Nice we will recommend but when you speak using English, just say it slowly for them to absorb all the words coming out of your mouth.

The staff is friendly. I arrived there early and because the room was cleaned, they allowed me to check in early. Room is also big and clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the city center from the hotel. After I checked out, I still stay in the city center to walk and it was very hot. I can pay $1 to take shower in the hotel then continue my next destination.
I asked the staff to have kettle but the kettle inside had tea leave and it moulded. Should be more careful and checked the stuff before pass to customer.

Good location both for Giant Ibis and the downtown but still in a quiet area. Was allowed to bring own food to eat to the lobby.
