It is nice to have a lounge to relax on as lots don’t have a comfy chair to sit on and is very annoying.room was spacious and very clean. Location very good and would stay again. Property easy to get in and out of with the traffic lights. Shops very close by too.

The guest parking spaces very small and hard to park in especially when we have a Landcruiser, very annoying. If guests either side of you don’t park properly in their lines it’s just about impossible to park…

The desk staff were friendly and helpful even with a complex request. It was "no problem". The cleaners did a spectacular job, were friendly, were helpful and they did not invade your space. The rooms had more than the average hotel room. They felt comfortable, they were quiet and they felt safe as a single traveller. Easy access to Toowoomba, shops, and the mountains. 10/10 from me!
