Very spacious and modern apartment in a very central location. You can walk to all the points of interest from here, and the apartment had everything to cover your basic needs. Also had private parking, which is great in the centre. Host was nice and responsive.

There was a bit of confusion with the parking space. People kept parking in our space and we kept having to park in other people's spaces, and there seemed to be no way to make it clear who each parking spot belonged to. This should be clearly indicated in the future so there's no confusion.

This property is so close to everything. it was amazing how quite and secluded it felt but it was easy to park a car and drive anywhere or walk on foot to all locations!

Quiet neighborhood of the city, which is very central for shopping, buses, attractions and restaurants. We liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the comfortable beds and pillows. Isabel the hostess was friendly and helpful.

The proximity with the center, it is really well situated

The apartment was amazing, super comfortable and spacious, central and had absolutely everything you need for a vacation - from a washing machine, to coffee capsules to parking. They even gave us a lovak treat to try! The apartment was super clean and location was great! Communication with host was easy, and they answered out every request and question.

The air conditioning units could have been better. It doesn’t seem to get cold enough in the lounge and is a bit too cold in the bedroom. We tried to adjust the temperature but couldn’t get it quite right. Saying that nothing spoilt our stay. We loved our apartment and would highly recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable for us, a family of four - very spacious. Excellent location in Funchal old town - a few steps away from the nearest cafes and supermarkets and a couple of minutes away from the main tourist areas. Peaceful at night, we slept very well. Great and safe car park for such a central location. Very well equipped kitchen with, dishwasher and washing machine included. Excellent communication from hosts and convenient entry with a PIN code.

Very well equipped (sandwich maker, juicer, cutlery for baby...almost everything you may need), fantastic location - centrally located but still quiet and walking distance to main attractions, accommodating responsive and helpful host.

The view from the apartment overlooking the internal courtyard is nothing fantastic, but that is a minor issue.

Everything went wonderful. I only stayed a few nights. I booked for location and parking. Then I found an apartment that was more comfortable than expected, nice design and good taste.

would have like a dressing table to get ready at and a full length mirror and some anti bac cleaner in the kitchen would have been nice

Casa da Praça never let's me or my family down. 100% satisfaction on each of our stays. Staff are fantastic and always helpful. The apartment is by far the most comfortable and cleanest I have seen my years of travelling.
