I spent almost an hour and a half trapped on their elevator between floors. I managed to text my friend who was in the room to let the front desk know. When the technician arrived he said he’d only been called twenty or so minutes ago. I’m likely going to miss my flight now and the hotel offered nothing for compensation and honestly didn’t even seem to care. Front desk told us he wasn’t authorized to offer anything and told us to contact booking.com and complain, which is ridiculous. Their elevators are unsafe and I’d never stay here again.

Location was incredible. 2 minutes from the Panteon, 10 minutes from the Notre Dame, walking. Restaurants, cafes, bakeries. Wonderful. The room was very small but clean. A little difficult for two adults and a teen for a week, but worth it. Room cleaned every day, coffee available at reception, no facilities in the room. We had no view, as facing other rooms, but we got over it pretty quickly. Great aircon. Very friendly staff, always helpful and kind.

Room size, view (lack thereof), limited storage space, kept most clothes in suitcase. But that is to be expected in central Paris at such a great price.

Location was ideal, within easy access of attractions yet not in a too busy area. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like, however it would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. However, we bought our own tea bags and was able to obtain cups and hot water from reception.

We would have liked a fridge in the room to keep our water cold and a kettle would have been good although staff were more than willing to let us have boiling water and cups to make our own as I had tea with me.

Room was dark, very little, old fixtures, bed was tiny and pillows even tinier and cheap.carpet in the hallway was old and dirty.

Mattress and small pillows not the greatest but this is a two-star hotel. For some reason there was often water on the bathroom floor not associated with the shower.

I bought the room with a view, I wrote to you days before to remind you to give me the room with a view and I did not have any room with a view!

The view from the room was nice, the room was warm and it was very clean. The bathroom was well equipped and very clean. The WiFi connection was great.

The bed was very uncomfortable and had blankets but we would prefer a duvet. The room was very warm, which was nice, but I would have liked to adjust it and couldn't see how to do it. The room decor was very old fashioned.

The location of this hotel was great, between Notre-Dame and the Pantheon. The room was about what I expected on the size you do not need much for one night. The staff are very helpful. If you need a cab they will call one for you.

There is not much for me to say about not liking this hotel. However, I could hear people walking around upstairs and when someone smized I could hear it the room I was staying in.

Location is great, just a few meters from the subway station.

We had a fair bit of problems at checkin. They gave us a room with no air conditioning, and a view of a wall. After complaining about the AC, they gave us yet another room with another broken AC. After our last complaint they gave us a room with another non working AC, but at least we could open the windows. We were there at the beggining of France lockdown (COVID19), and they told us that they were going to transfer us to a better hotel, due to low vacancy, on a wednesday. Monday morning they almost threw us out, saying that we couldn't stay the day. We know there were many problems at the time, but the staff must be better trained to deal with crisis, including the way they talk to guests. Also the room is quite small, and we didn't like the bed either.

The staff was very friendly, and the location is also very central: 10mins till Norte Dame, 25min till Louvre, 1h till Eiffel Tower, all by walk. Very clean and safe.

Beautiful and clean place. The hotel is in the heart of Paris and in famous place "Quartier Latin ". Very well located around all types of amenities. Bars, restaurants, transports are just a minute only from the hotel. Great place to stay in Paris indeed.

The bed despite being double bed for me was old style, low and bed covers not too comfortable.
