Very clean and roomy house in a beautiful and friendly environment. The house is located very good and Eivissa town can be reached quickly. The host is very nice and caring! We can absolutely recommend this house!!

We were a group of seven friends in our late twenties visiting Ibiza for the first time and much thanks to Erik and his beautiful villa we had an absolutely fantastic time! Location is great with only a 10-15 minute, cheap taxi ride to Playa D'en bossa and Ibiza town. Parking with space for 1 SUV is provided if you rent a vehicle. Calm area, no noise during the night. Great view of the sea from upper terrace. Upper terrace sunny all day and in reach of the gentle breeze from the sea. Interior and amenities match description on booking.com perfectly and everything is fairly new, fresh and fully functional. Rooms appear smaller on the provided pictures - the villa is spacious and fit the seven of us without problems. Very clean inside (I usually check bathrooms extra carefully to spot sloppy cleaning - nothing negative to remark on here). Has a safe that is screwed to the wall that you can store your valuables in. Pool is communal but during our 1 week stay we only encountered one other person using it. Sunbeds and poolside towels can be found in the villa. During our stay the AC on the upper floor stopped working and we were bummed out as the rooms heated up significantly during the day and were told that reparations would be expected for next week. The host Erik somehow managed to find spare parts and someone to fix it quicker than that and the AC was up and running within 24h. He also gave us tips for car rentals, places to visit on the island and restaurants to eat at and was generally a welcoming and kind host! All in all the villa exceeded our expectations and Erik was a great host throughout our stay. If we ever visited Ibiza again we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Erik's again. Thanks again Erik!

WiFi a bit slow at times if you are used to 1000 or 100mbps down, but if you are going to be on the internet all day/night Ibiza isn't for you. Keep in mind the safety deposit (at the moment 1000€) that is to be handed over in CASH at check-in. It will be returned during check-out after Erik has inspected the villa for damages. Fairly standard procedure but make sure to bring cash.
