The warm welcome from host. And the landscape outside house is very beautiful. Very quiet town. We enjoyed this trip very much

Lovely design, good value, and perfect location near the castle, piazza overlooking the lake, and a row of bars and restaurants in old Bracciano.
The shower was a bit of a challenge, and there is a bar outside in the piazza but not a big deal for us.

hosts personality was joyful and welcoming; they provided valuable recommendations regarding shopping, sightseeing and traffic congestion avoidance.
1. hosts should provide good address for car navigation system and not mailing address ; when I attempted to reach location as per mailing address, I was shouted upon by a senior lady, indicating that I have mental problems attempting to reach location by car ( it is vey narrow and uphill there) . Finally I was helped by a gentle policeman who walked with me 500m to apartment location;
2. it is not a good idea to have bed elevated so high with a need to climb stairs to reach it. It would be more practical to have bed in the corner and get rid of that elevated bed
