Merkezi, sakin ve temiz bir tesis. Güzel deneyim.

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Küçük ve butik bir otel aslında. 3 katlı, üstte terası olan bir tesis. Terasta vakit geçirmek keyifliydi. Tiflis’te gezebileceğiniz yerlere ortalama 7- 15 dakika içerisinde otelden yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Opera binasına 2-3 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Opera binasının önünden hemen hemen bütün otobüsler geçiyor. Her yere ulaşım sağlanıyor. Havalimanından tek otobüsle otele geldik. Bu çok güzeldi. Otelden çok memnun kaldık, eksiklik yoktu. Temizlik açısından iyiydi. Kahvaltı yeterince doyurucu ve ürünleri tazeydi. Otele 4-5 saat erken gelmemize rağmen bizi kabul ettiler. Çalışanlar ilgili ve nazikti. Fiyatı ve performansı açısından kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.

Çok büyük bir sorun olmamakla birlikte, otelin yanında bulunan kreş yada anaokulu olduğunu düşündüğüm yerden çocukların oyun sesleri sebebiyle gündüz saatlerinde uyumakta sorun yaşadık. Gündüzleri otelde vakit geçirmeyeceksiniz bu durumu göz ardı edebilirsiniz.

Классный вариант для тех кто хочет остановится ц центре на недорогую цену.

Просторная комната, мягкая кровать. Домашний вкусный завтрак. Расположение великолепное: центр - достопремечетельности Тбилиси в шаговои доступности.

Highly recommend

Location is perfect, there's bus from the airport directly to here, bus station is opera and it's walk able to the hostel. Staff doesn't speak much English but the owner speak good English, although I never met him but we can commucaite via WhatsApp which is helpful. Breakfast is good, room is clean, hair dryer is very strong, we liked it here and came back for it. Free to use their washing machine which is very convenient! Highly recommend for this price range.

Triple room on first floor is a bit small for three, but it has a big terrace which is nice. No tooth brush, so remember to bring yours.

Super clean, Value for Money, Safe, Friendly and Super Location

Calm and safe location and easy access to transport and restaurants and other services. The room matched the description and was quite clean and spacious enough for a small family. Beds were cozy and bedsheets were clean and smelt good. The bathroom and the toilet was exceptionally clean and no bad odor. AC was working and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was served and was tasty and sufficient enough. Taxi service was provided upon request and the staff were polite and helpful. Owners were friendly and polite and understanding. Private parking in the courtyard. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Nice to have a terrace available for guests where you can chill, however a view is not spectacular.

The breakfast did not start punctually, but 20 minutes later. Personnel speaks basic English.

It’s a great value for money property located centrally

Property is relatively new and located in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a short walk from there to the Dry bridge. The room was clean, centrally heated with hot water available throughout. A common pantry is there and breakfast was served everyday. It’s a boutique hotel and staff and the owners are friendly and very helpful.

Breakfast is basic, nothing fancy. Not really anything to complain but just a note.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from the city center. What really stood out for me was the exceptional service I received from the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the city.

amazing hosts!

Owners go above and beyond to serve their guests including homemade breakfast and *extremely* early airport runs. very kind and generous is with their time and I felt very safe with them.

Room is a bit bare bones but still great for the cost.

Its value for money. Location is great and hint is its infront of Police Station.

I liked everything i guess including hospitality of owners (family run business) and staff. Also daily Georgian breakfast was awesome.

Exceptional

Terrace House Near Opera was an exceptional stay (a bit challenging to find). The room (3 beds) was incredibly nice, comfy, and super clean! Mari the housekeeper was exceptionally kind and polite - even gave me coffee when I arrived. She also made a breakfast to die for. Will definitely be back when I visit Tbilisi again!
