The rooms were from the early 1900’s

Exactly as described so met expectations. The bed was very comfortable with new mattress and quality linen.

It was under construction everywhere which you can understand due to floods but then you don't discount it because of that you charge me $ 30 more per night than the gent I was staying next too.. so in the end I feel no sympathy for your flood troubles as it seems you are happy to rip a customer off while he sleeps in your construction site.

My room was clean and presented very well. The bed was comfortable and the split system air con heater was very welcome indeed! Good value for money.
The water pressure for the shower was average and it took a while to warm up.

Old and dingy, certainly needs a face lift.
Expensive for what it was, probably pay the extra and stay somewhere else if we ever return.

Just about everything the room we had was extremely old and when we got there freezing but thankfully the heating was OK

It was spotless, convenient and great value. The staff was amazing with communication, helpful and friendly.
The shower curtain lifts and sticks to you while showering. The mattress was quite uncomfortable.

Didn't do breakfast. But was able to use facilities in room to make my own toast which was all I needed. Plenty of cutlery, cups and plates. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. No odours or dirt. It was the cheapest option available for my stay for conference.
Obviously saving money with no shampoos in bathroom. I almost didn't pack any because I expected some to be there. Not a huge issue, but a bedside lamp would be helpful. I had to get out of bed to switch on and off the light near the entry door which was tricky in the dark.
