El trato de los propietarios. Son un encanto, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Se preocuparon por nosotros en todo momento, nos ayudaron y aconsejaron con las excursiones. Nos fueron a buscar en coche a nuestra llegada a Bahía Drake y en nuestra salida nos ofrecieron el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto.
No siempre teníamos agua caliente.

Hood location, spacious and comfy bedroom with air conditioning and hot showers. Our host was very lovely & helpful with all things and went above and beyond to help return something I had forgotten to me in San Jose by the next morning after leaving! 🙏🏻

the manager of the hotel tried to scam us with the payment by credit card fee. she tried to charge us an extra 200$ for the stay, so an additional 50% of the total price almost!
price/quality ratio is not worth it, the room and hotel has nothing more than other places we stayed for cheaper in Costa Rica and from other places in Bahia Drake.
The room was supposed to be clean everyday but was “cleaned” only every second day. even then, there was sand in the shower, they replaced bed sheets with some that were too short for the bed…

Perfect location - less than 10 minute walk from drakes bay beach. Near restaurants and shops. Jeanette was so helpful - such a lovely host!

Cosy, very friendly, family like treatment. Transfer from and to boat by a car. All questions about local activities exolained and arranged.
Not completely hot water. Shower in our room not yet completely finished.

it was a large room with airco. the hostess was very very nice, helpful and friendly.
the shower was warm.
Bed was good en the breakfast was every day good.
they picked us,up at the beach when we arrived and the delivered our luggage to another hotel so that we didn’t have to carried our heavy luggage.

Wonderful hosts! They really took care of us, and fed us great food in the morning before our hike and boat trips. Good location - good views and walking distance to shops etc
Beds felt like they had plastic on them, so it was a little noisy sleeping on them
