The room was in a good spot of the city. Overall the landlady was a kind and nice person and tried hard to make everything work fine, just a little sloppy on some things. She also helped us as best as she could through the phone when we had a problem during our stay.
Additional fees on towels, sheets and cleaning weren't quite what we expected: we had to keep the same towels (which weren't a lot) and sheets for the entire stay , and the cleaning was only referred to before our arrival. We weren't given the chance to not pay these fees and bring our own towels and linen. Gave a cash deposit of 500 but was returned only 490 (bank charges) through deposit because the landlady couldn't be there on our leaving day to give us the cash back. I was kinda pushed to pay before arrival and had to call booking customer service to make sure I could follow normal procedures.
